Pros +
- Attentive care of by Lucy. Making sure everything is and working order.
- Clean, good parking.
- The location was convenient near the Great Ocean Road, the accommodations were surprisingly very charming well designed and decorated, perfect for a motel. Cute downtown area , I would highly recommend!!!
Cons -
- Getting TV reception to work was nearly impossible
- Music from a bar across the road kept us awake till 1:30am, it was the loudest noise we ever experienced in a hotel room. It’s like sleeping in a night club. Apparently it happens every weekend, but we were not informed about that, there were no earplugs in the room, even though the owners are clearly aware of the noise problem. Absolutely no WiFi in the room, even loading emails was an issue. No staff to report it to, no one was working, we had to call to get check in details. It cost the same as 4 star hotel with zero service, not even water was provided.
- We only stayed one night it would be too small if we stayed multiple nights.

Was a quaint little place, comfortable beds & nice & clean.
Noisy fridge.
Design, location
Rain shower
Location was good, nice to have a sink, kettle.
Bed wasn't that comfortable, shower sprayed way out into the bathroom, floor squeaked.
Room and hotel decoration is really nice as shown in picture. Self check in is easy with staff instruction via booking.com chat.
Room price is quite expensive compare with other hotel in our trip.
Nice room, comfy beds, quiet location
Lovely place, has everything we needed. 10min drive from Twelve Apostles and London Bridge. Easy check-in and out.
Excellent location, easy self check-inLocated at the main street, short walk to the grocery, beach, good coffee from the deli store, and gas station. Staff instructions about self check-in was spot-on, and we didn't have any issues. Hot shower was great during very cold winter. Free parking, enter from Morris street.
Cold room during winter, no heater (or we didn't figure out if there were), so stayed mostly under the covers to keep warm.
Room was very nice decor very appealing a lovely outdoor setting good car park easy access via text message
As the night was close to zero degrees the air conditioner refused to produce heat with the result we were bloody freezing. There was only one spare blanket and so sleeping with clothes on became the thing to do to keep warm. Don't know if I'm totally technically ignorant but I doubt it.
Great place in the middle of town. Comfy bed, great bathroom. Loved the swinging chair - perfect reading spot!
Parking was goodClose to center of town
The property was a big letdown. It felt poorly maintained and rushed together. The bathroom taps weren’t screwed in properly and kept falling off, and the blinds throughout the unit were damaged. The balcony felt unsafe, especially since it’s shared with the neighbouring unit, and we had trouble locking the door securely.Cleanliness was also an issue — the bathroom was not very clean and had a window that offered little privacy, as it was directly overlooked by another unit. Noise was constant, with the unit located between two pubs and near a busy caravan park. Sadly, the overall experience didn’t match the price at all.
Cute decor, appreciated the notice about an early check-in with arrival instructions
Across the street from a very loud bar (loud music and people shouting all night long), toilet wouldn’t stop running, towels were frayed / had holes.
Lovely room, central location.
Just be aware it is right across the road from the main pub in town which has an outside balcony. The night we stayed there were some pub patrons who were a little noisy.
Beautifully furnished, spacious, quiet.Stop searching, this is the best place in the aerea.Port Campbell is a quiet seaside town that offers everything you need for your stat, coffee shops, restaurants and sn awesome beach.
Everything was great.
I like the decoration and swing inside the room
Kitchen was not full equiped Regular shower
Location was great, parking easy, accommodation was clean, fresh, adequately stocked kitchenette, bathroom was recently renovated, overall great stay.
Toilet was running / dripping a little, needs a plumber I guess - but didn’t bother us much at all though.
We had a lovely stay at Port o Call. Whilst it is called a motel, Port o Call massively exceeds expectations for a motel. We stayed in unit 6 - a family room two story loft. Check in was super easy. We were messaged by Lexy with clear instructions which was very welcomed after a long day driving and looking at the 12 apostles at sunset. The room itself was delightful. Immaculately clean, air con both up and down stairs. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was beautifully styled. There are plenty of little cafe’s and restaurants about a 2min walk around the corner from Port - Real Pizza was lovely!Check out was equally easy. If you are travelling the Great Ocean Road I’d highly highly recommend Port o Call. Port Campbell is really really delightful little town about 10mins from 12 apostles. If we ever find ourselves there again, we’ll be sure to stay here.
Location was brilliant - so close to beach, bars and restaurants
