The Great Ocean Road Studios

Very clean room, well organized. Nice location very close to the 12 Apostles. Staff friendly and welcoming.

The walls are not so thick, hence you have to be lucky with your neighbours. The shower door lets water leak in the bathroom, which isn't nice once your shower has finished.

Room was clean with good facilities, easy to find

It was a lot of money for quite a medium sized room but it was fine comfort and cleanliness wise

The receptionist was welcome enough. We appreciated someone was there as we arrived at 8pm

We stayed in the disabled access room. The bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a 747! It also looked like it was not secure in the wall. The shower floods the area as not enough slope for drainage and no curtain. Only small shelf for toiletries. No soundproofing. I could hear the people above going to the bathroom at 4am as well as in the morning, making breakfast, talking and moving furniture. My daughter found a hair in her bed. TV reception was poor and Netflix not working. Very small kitchen area.

It was a place to spend the night after the long drive.

The room we stayed in would need a bit of TLC, taps leaking, shower door catching, a bit of funny smell, but nothing too serious. Motel level accommodation.

Relatively quiet location and rooms close together as originally requested. Well appointed to provide for a finger platter snack before going to bed.

For the price it was a bit annoying that only two pillows and no bathmat were provided. Also the bed wasn’t super comfortable but for one night was ok.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Close enough to walk into town and far enough away that you don't have to fight any traffic and have a peaceful and private setting.

Spacious clean studio with comfortable bed, couch and small sitting area outside the room on the verandah. Bathroom big and shower great. Very quiet area. A short stroll into town to a small beach and eateries. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend.

Confusion about finding reception to studio as it can't be accessed from Great Ocean Road.I didn't see the msg about this until we had eventually found our way. Maybe change the address on your website!

Convenient check in times, easy to find and walking distance from shops just one street over.

The shower doors didn’t keep the water in very well, so the bathroom floor got really really wet when we took a shower. The bathroom itself was clean but couldn’t keep the floor dry after shower. Not pleasant on a cold night. Aircon had a funky smell, but thankfully didn’t end up needing it.

Clean, comfortable, modern, easy check-in, good sized space. Would very happily stay here again!

The shower was over the bath with no curtain so water can go everywhere.

Room a little small. It was a short walk from the centre which we knew when booking. Saw no staff on checkin or checkout but that was fine as we had no problems or questions.

Good location close to the town. Comfortable stay, shower was very powerful and hot. Room had air conditioning to keep it cool.

Lovely location, spotlessly clean and perfect for a stop over on the great ocean road, we absolutely loved our stay

Near to town Center.

Bad drainage at the shower room. Water flow all the way to the attached kitchen. Informed reception the next morning and Room was cleaned up.

Clean and comfy with nice newish mattress. Good location.

TV signal annoyingly dropped in and out. Shower water leaked out of the shower significantly although there was a towel left on the floor to counter this.
