Great location, room was clean, my son loved the bed, location, and local wild life (rabbits!), he can't wait to get back! Sharon was great to deal with and kind enough to offer us an upgrade! And you can literally walk out from the room and see the sunset and sunrise....and local eateries were great! and great ice cream shop!

1. Easy parking within property2. Reception was closed when we reached at evening. Good that they have a button for guests to call staff, who appeared within minutes3. Walking distance to the sea, grocery shop and restaurants4. Comfortable size for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. There were 1 double and 3 single beds.5. The newer rooms nearer to the sea look attractive

1. Living room has a slight unpleasant smell2. Amenities need replacement (for example, hanger rack in toilet)3. Aircon in one room was not working4. Very small bathroom

Great location in Port Campbell. It is beautiful.

A sink in the kitchenette would be great instead of using the sink in bathroom. Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbours. They were parked right in front of our door and kept slamming their car doors after 10:00 pm and before 6:00 am.

Great location, friendly and helpful reception and check in. Very clean and comfortable.

Needed a hand held shower head. Shower head was fixed on wall and hit us in the neck, couldn’t move it. Couldn’t figure out how to work TV, need instructions on how to run it. Kept saying it wasn’t connected.

No TV reception. KOGAN system required passwords and may have been pay to view. Dont know - couldnt work it out. Listened to radio using my computer and own portable wifi.

Good place to stay for a night over the Great Ocean Road trip. It is near a port which was good views too. The staff was very responsive even though it’s already night time. She brought a portable heater and some extra blankets for us when one of the aircon wasn’t working

The layout for 5 pax room is a little weird as the queen bed is in the living room beside the kitchen.

The room was lovely and light with plenty of windows, and was very clean. The bed was really comfortable. It was great to have a comfortable sofa to sit on and a small dining table to sit at. The bathroom was lovely. A good and successful effort has been made to make the room modern. We would certainly stay there again.

A small point but there is only one mirror in the place which is on a wall to the side of the basin. I had to lean over the basin sideways to use it. Another better placed mirror would be great.

Nice location with some cute stores and restaurants near. Right next to the ocean as well. Very near to some of the best of the great ocean road too. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was decent.

Basic motel

The internet doesn’t work at all, which means the TV doesn’t work either. It is just hanging there as decoration. The tiles in the shower are cracked and falling apart, I actually cut my feet. The shower head is fixed in the wall and sprays straight into your face, zero comfort.The place is relatively clean, no complaints there. But the highlight? A nice little note asking guests to wash their own dishes. Sorry, should I also change the sheets and clean the windows while I’m at it?Overall, a very disappointing stay for what is supposed to be a hotel.

Location was superb, view was great. Parking was easy and accessible. Room was clean, kitchen and facilities was as expected and it was a cozy setup. Check in was a breeze, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Absolutely loved the stay!

Nice view of the beach during the day.

A bit of a musty smell, expect guests to do dishes and take out the trash, property not bad but not as nice as it looks in photos. TV does not work very well.

Room was spacious and clean, close to the water, nice walking around the local bay, local Fish and chips 100m down the road were nice

The villa is very new, with modern décor and brand-new facilities. Everything we needed was well-equipped and thoughtfully provided. The staff were warm and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—right by the beach with a beautiful sea view, and just a short walk to nearby restaurants. Highly recommended!

Well located, quite but there is the lull of the waves which is nice. Nice area for group seating for afternoon snacks and drinks. Could use a barbecue is you wanted and a laundry to do some washing too.

Great location, friendly staff, clean, loved the two bedroom apartment with the kids.
