It is so different than shown in the pictures.

The property was completely different from what was shown in the photos. While the place was somewhat cozy, the amenities were extremely disappointing. The AC was not functioning properly, the TV did not work and was not a smart TV, and we were unable to play or watch anything. Although a DVD player was provided, there were no DVDs, and not a single TV channel was available. Overall, the items provided felt outdated and useless.The stay was overpriced for the poor services offered. Additionally, the beds we selected during booking were not fully provided—one bed was missing. What was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday turned into a very frustrating experience. The property looked spacious in the photos due to wide-angle shots, but the reality was very different.The staff was rude, and despite having already included a child in the booking, the receptionist charged an extra $25 for my 7-year-old. This was unacceptable. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would give it zero stars and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great location, we loved our stay at Port Campbell. Very modern accommodation and had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the main street and plenty of food options.

Will never stay here again and wont recommend to anyone as well.— Malfunctioning stove, dishwasher— No Internet after 8pm— Toilet amenities provided only for 1 pax though we booked a 5 pax villa— Poor service as to no one answered calls— Bad value for the high priceWhen i wrote to them, they kept on saying we had declined upgrades. Blatant upselling!

Good size apartment with 2 bedrooms.

The wifi is terrible, non existence. Washer machine and dryer are very small and only work for very small loads so are not efficient at all. For the price of the rental, it should provide better wifi and washer machine/dryer.

Clean and cozy, warm while we enter the villa, very friendly staff when I have problems with TV, she’d also recommend so many local scenic spot to us. Will come back again definitely.

The facilities are really nice and clean.

The Girls in the reception wasn’t really welcoming.

The villa was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Although the villas were set close together it was very quiet with a feeling of seclusion. The town was close by for meals and lots of places to access the amazing views of the rugged coast line.

Room no 6 microwave was not Woking. And the mattress was too soft.

Disliked that our room was underground! Our window was literally people’s legs waking down the road. No view at all-2/3 the window w the “garden view” was covered with shades that were permanently down.The hotel should be clear some rooms are underground!

Great property. Space is excellent. Well maintained.

The whole idea of it being absolutely isloated after 8 pm in the evening, since the staff goes away. My son and me were there for a night, and he started on with high temperature late in the evening. And i got very worried for the lack of help around. Except for few numbers that were mentioned on paper of Police, Fire etc.

The space and location was perfect for our needs and party number. We especially appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out and the overall cleanliness of the villas.

Good sized unit which looks to be recently renovated.

A bit noisy as is close to entrance when customers checked in late with kids. Entry way not clearly marked and is single lane. Sheets weren’t soft.

The location was good, it was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable.

The outdoor area was not as advertised, very old furniture and dirty. No second bathroom upstairs. No smart TV so couldn’t connect to Netflix or Foxtel and no DVD’s were available even though it had a DVD player. Living area a bit small, in the pictures it looks bigger.

Close to the town.

The accommodation was old and dated. The cleaning was not great, a lot of dust behind the bed in the downstairs bedroom, dirty skirting boards. The lamp in the lounge wasn't working and neither did the outside light.We had an issue with the fridge not keeping the food cold enough.The beds were uncomfortable, very hard. No extra blankets, it was quite cool at night. Had to sleep with the heater on.

Lots of space in the villa, good laundry set up with both washer & dryer. Nice deck area in the back of the villa with some privacy from the other villas. Easy walk or drive to get to the central part of town where the restaurants are located.

Feels a bit dated - option to either watch cable TV or play DVDs (who travels with DVDs?) and service just okay. We requested a baby cot in advance and at most other places we’ve stayed, the cot will already be in the room. In this case, we had to call for the cot and then we had to assemble it.

It was easy to get to

It wasn’t very clean and in desperate need of a facelift. The kitchen cupboards had food and grease stains on them, the first thing I did when we got there was clean them. The furniture in the living/dining room was uncomfortable
