The hotel was very pleasant and surprisingly nice for the area, which is a very filthy prostitution zone. Surrounding the hotel offers cheap but very good food.
Nice room, 24 hour check in, staff super friendly, was clean.

Cons -

The internet is often very unreliable, and can sometimes go down for up to an hour without note, outside the hotel is a very dangerous area you must take caution within, as there are prostitutes lining the streets.
Mattress is extremely firm, and its not in a safe area, my taxi and bus driver adviced me to book somewhere else but I had no troubles at all. Only stayed 1 night and got in late.
