I liked the location, great view from my room, the staff at reception and in the cafeteria.

Cleanliness was terrible - unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the bedroom is stuffy, carpet dump, stains on the couch and curtains, service at the deck was also poor. Not what I expected of the so called 5-star hotel.

Taj's hospitality is unrivalled. The staff is courteous and accommodating. They have bigger rooms than most hotels in Dubai. The food at their Indian restaurant exceeded our expectation.

The location is decent and quiet for business travellers but not much else happening in JLT.

This was our 3rd time consecutively in this hotel and as always we absolutely loved it.We always look for other hotels but Taj JLT has made "switching cost" quite difficult that we end up with them again and again.I and also my family love the hotel. There is sooo much good to describe... In summary I definitely recommend this hotel again and most probably will be staying there again in near future, despite of some improvements that I have suggested!!I want to mention Adhiraj again for his great hospitality, although this time it was unfortunate that we came across only for a short while on last day.

Our 3rd stay could have been better. Since we are frequent and consecutive guests, I believe we have some more expectations now!1. The check In this time was not not smooth. The staff member (Arpita? ) appeared unsympathetic, artificial in hospitality and didn't manage the check in smoothly. I am not going in to detail but I can assure that I know hpw a smooth check in looks like. I know this because other times, for example during previous stay, Adhiraj checked me and my family and it was PERFECT. We really missed him at the check in this time!2. The breakfast could be improved. The taste and combinations can be flavored up.3. The pool water temperature. We go for swimming between 6 and 7 AM in Winter and its really cold on 46th floor.!! You need to increase the water temperature of pool to adjust the weather and outside temperature.

Nice hotel. Looks new. Very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping and room service was outstanding. Breakfast was good.

Our biggest frustration was our first impression during check in. We arrived at 4.30, and the rooms were not ready. We had to wait for another 40 minutes for one room to be ready. We had to come back for the second room after going out and coming back at night for it.

There was an unpleasant smell in the hotel room, and the bed was not comfortable, which caused back pain and made the stay uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed the hospitality. From Amrit as an amazing lifeguard , and Bharath as a great housekeeper, Deepika as our breakfast caretaker and Abhishek with his amazing hospitality and tea. The staff won our hearts

We absolutely loved it. Felt clean, new, luxurious. Hands down the best shower we've ever had.

Everything was great except the below.Breakfast was excellent.

-they close the pool at 6 PM which did not match with my work plans and thus was not able to use the pool in the evening-would have been nice if the pool was actually an "infinity" pool as opposed to having those water stained glass walls that ruin the whole view

The lounge service was excellent. The lounge supervisor was very helpful, gentle and caring. He remembered my tastes and offered to provide early breakfast in room for my checkout.

the shower with tub was excellent, but there was a broken part, also the water flow switches were not working accurately.

we love the last moment booking request for honeymoon with little decor and a cake. thanks for that

Room AC could not be adjusted. It was VERY COLD.The Pool was not operating during my stay. This was not mentioned to me before arrival or during checking. Once I realized it, the night shift manager did not apologies and could not be bothered. They lied saying that it was an unplanned maintenance when it was very obviously planned. They just did not care informing guests. Then a solution - still not ok - was offered which I declined. Accessing a pool on a neighboring building dedicated to building. Residents only, upon pre approval with the hotel staff and said residential building manager. The logistic of requesting access to the other building and the fact that there would be no service around the pool was off putting. There is a reason why I traveled from Saudi Arabia to a 5 star hotel. The service was not provided as advertised and no care was given…I will not return to that place

Clean, friendly staff, very quiet and good location.

The pool was closed for maintenance and should be announced prior to reservation. Breakfast could improve with more types and cuisines. The bathroom is clean; however, there is no shower, just a bathtub. Plus, the sink and the bathtub didn't drain fast enough after use.

The hotel staff were extremely polite and approachable. I also appreciated the option to order individual dishes from a menu in addition to the breakfast buffet.

Just before check-out, the water supply was unexpectedly interrupted, and I had to use the fitness center facilities to take a shower.
