Nothing everything was perfect

Great location, 3 restaurants. A Great pool and private beach and warm sea within 200 yds. Staff really friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

It would have been nice to have cheaper drinks or a happy hour or two

The room itself was fine — clean, comfortable, and suitable for a family stay. The hotel is new and well-maintained

The biggest disappointment was that the beach and pool are not adjacent to the hotel as shown in the photos. In reality, they are a 5–10 minute walk away through another building that’s part of the apartment section of the property. The photos on Booking.com made it look like the beach and pool were directly behind the hotel, which is misleading.Because of this, we checked out the next day and moved to Atlantis. We had booked for 3 nights and requested at least a 1-night refund, but the staff refused, saying they couldn’t do anything.Advice to other travelers: If you want to enjoy beach and pool access directly from your hotel, this property will likely disappoint you.

The property is fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better. I especially appreciated how spacious and spotless our room was it was just perfect for a family stay.

There were two things that really affected our experience: the loud music from the beach starting as early as 7–8 am, which was very clear inside our room and disturbed our sleep, and the curtains didn’t fully block out the sunlight, allowing the room to get very bright early in the morning. I truly hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.”

The property is good located, near the mall. The restaurants were good, staff was very helpful especially Mr Rahman at the reception. Will be back again!

Buffer pricing was high compared to the quality of food served - better value or quality elsewhere

Coffee machine in room didn’t work and had to be changed and bedroom AC also needed fixing to work properly

Infinity pool. Beach, lush garden and hotel style

Absolutely nothing

Ellay is the best she give me the best room

Freezer wood was broke

Good location and the size of rooms are spacious

Pool is not close to the hotel and it’s shared with residents

The facility interior is amazing

The only thing is I requested water at 6am and called 3 times to follow up until 7:15 no one got me water.I had to by my self to reception to get water.I mean its a 5 stars hotel things like this shouldn't happen.

The suite was great for it’s price and the hotel staff is really nice. The hotel is great overall one of the best hotels I stayed in Dubai.

Hotel and staff very good , very clean and accommodation excellent value.

The pool attendance wasn’t great , have had a lot better elsewhere in Dubai .There was litter lying around which nobody seemed bothered about clearing nor did anybody collect glasses from the subbed all day every day .To be honest this is my only complaint , however I think management need to address the issue with the lazy staff around poolside and the loss of revenue for food drinks etc as we gave up bothering to order in the end .Having said that ,the reception staff were excellent with great customer service and the rooms spotless and very comfortable.

Location

The smell in the below and blanket, like sweaty smell. Toiletries was not provided, i had to call and ask for dental kit

Fantastic hotel. Stayed for 6 nights. Couldn't get early check in as the hotel was quite busy, but did receive a room upgrade. Exceptionally clean hotel, with very friendly, helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again

Breakfast wasn't included in our package and was a little expensive.Dubai is expensive though
