Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana - Dubai Creek

easy access to many places

Room size. The view

Too much noise you can hear everything all around in the other room in the road outside the room , the mattress was too much hard, and the furniture was dirty like the sofas and the carpet has smell also .

Clean property but we assume the master bed room bed sheets to be new, it looks it was over used

Late check in and location

Staff, cleanliness and pleasant environment

Everything fine

Would not repeat it

I checked in late 2h and they only give me 1h for checking out and it was very noisy at 2–4am we couldt sleep as they were moving the furniture

The ambience, location and cleanliness. The staffs were very helpful

The food. No diversity with the good offered.

Friendly staff

Stained towels, stained bedsheets. And when we asked to have them replaced, the new ones were also stained. This happened almost every single day that we were there.

When we entered the room, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell, similar to fish. Some areas of the room were still dirty, which made it clear that it had not been properly cleaned before we were given the room. The location was not great, which we expected, but the poor cleanliness and overall room quality were very disappointing.

Lovely gym, facilities. Apartment beautiful

Couch uncomfortable. Overall was great, but definitely not on par with a 5 star like the Waldorf but still wonderful. Would come back

It’s a very clean and modern hotel with nice amenities and location pretty much close to everything interesting in Dubai. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean , and has everything needed for a comfortable family stay which composed of 6 people.

In one of the rooms, the AC was not functioning. I informed the management. They tried hard to fix it , but without luck. It seems to me that particular AC needs some major repairs in which the hotel’s deputy manager promised me to fix. Nevertheless, the hotel dep manager always courteous enough to compensate us for free breakfast, which was very commendable by us .

Big clean room, was even bigger than we thought. Breakfast was very good with very wide selection of food. There is a small swimming pool on level 13 with Burj Halifa view. Parking garage is huge and very easy to enter there, was free for us.

nothing :)

Staff so friendly specially Hanadi. Her corporations highly appreciated.

Swimming pool small and crowded.

Excellent value for money! The hotel exceeded our expectations. I stayed in a studio apartment, which was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The service was fast, the staff were friendly, and everything was spotless.

No major issues, just the pillows weren’t very comfortable.

Its excellent. Good value for the money. Staff were all accommodating! From the valet to the reception.Kudos to Ms Jonah the hotel manager, whose always wearing a smile and addressing all our needs. To the phone operator Sir Ric for being so timely in answering our request. To housekeeping and maintenance staff!

Room has smell but they are prompt in addressing it

I was upgraded to a bigger suit which was a nice surprise. The room was very big, modern and luxurious.

Finding a taxi seemed a bit hard or it takes time.

Suit is spacious and comfortable and very clean

Nothing everything was great

rooms were clean and comfortablelocation greati didnt took breakfast

The room was big and great . The room service was excellent ?. Great hospitality. Good view. And finally very good price ?.

Very nice place with great facilities and confortable accommodation. Special thanks to front desk represent. especially Ms. Hanadi (she fixed & upgraded my booking and my friend’s too). Also special thanks to Mr. A’rahman (he helped me to keep my lost phone till next time).

Everything was amazing, clean and everything was available, food was good too :)

I didnt like that i can hear the chair moving from rooms above or next door, the room was not sound proof. Personally the mattress was very hard, could be a tiny bit softer.
