Everything was available and we went out it got refilled and cleaned again.

Breakfast time was too less as we included in our package but we woke up bit late we didn’t get food.

Rooms 506 and 507 were absolutely fantastic for us.Delicious room service Lunch and Gusto restaurant for dinner. Arrived back to the room to find delightful bedtime treats.

I stayed at Al Bandar Rotana for 4 nights, and my experience was mixed. When I first walked into the hotel lobby, I immediately noticed that the furniture, sofas, and rugs looked a bit dirty and worn. The lobby itself was dimly lit, which made the space feel less inviting. However, over the next two days, I did notice more cleaning being done—likely because more guests were arriving—so I appreciated the improvement.The hotel did kindly upgrade me to a suite for a reasonable price, which I was grateful for. Unfortunately, the suite itself had some issues. The windows were noticeably dirty, the furniture felt worn, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable- VERY firm and difficult to sleep on.The staff, for the most part, were kind and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent; they were warm, attentive, and always asked if we needed anything. Their service truly stood out. However, a few staff interactions were disappointing. When my mother and I were being escorted to our room on the second day, the staff member (tall, thin male, colored eyes) helping us with our shopping bags became visibly annoyed when we accidentally almost got off on the wrong floor. It made the moment unnecessarily uncomfortable.Another issue occurred on the day of checkout. The hotel offered me a taxi, and I specifically asked at the desk if credit card payment was acceptable instead of cash. I was told yes, but when I arrived at the airport, the driver informed me he only accepted cash. Luckily, I happened to have some left at least in USD, but this could have easily turned into a stressful situation.One highlight was the breakfast buffet-excellent variety, great quality, and truly impressive. I would rate the breakfast a 10/10.Overall, despite some positives, the inconsistencies and inconveniences made the stay feel below five-star standards. Because of these experiences, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.

The pillows aren’t comfortable.

Good location with a nice view. Got upgraded so was a big room with nice shower. Breakfast was average and nothing special.

Cleanliness is a concern. Curtains were stained, corridors were stained and smelt like smoke. Outside at the pool you can see they require serious maintenance.

Some staff were very humble or supportive, the room was very clean, nice and comfortable.

The delay in check in… had to wait a couple hours until I got my room ready… and it wasn’t decorated as I asked it to be for my anniversary. The dinner in the buffet requires attention, as it is not suitable for all people.The choice of which table to sit should be respected… as a culture thing we prefer men and women to be in their separate area, otherwise if families together no issue.
