Royalton Hotel

Bathroom is very small and water is not coming in shower I complain many time no response from the hotel management very bad experience with this hotel I wasted my money I will never ever see like this hotel

Noisy and dirty there’s a lot of small cockroach the bed is dirty

What i like is its near to al ghurair mall near to union metro station.

The sound of disco bar is very loud its disturbing.the internet is not working.theres is a bed bug and cockroaches the blower they provide in bathroom is not working.poor custumer service.

Worst ever experience, I was like in a slump & they also holded Emirates ID which is not allowed by law & when I asked them to show me written policy that Egyptian manager started shouting, I was having medical issue otherwise I would never stay there, they said if you want your ID to be released then you need to submit 100 AED

Kindly cancel agreement with them, this hotel doesn't deserve to be with booking.com, they threaten their customers

Showering water flows slowly

Loud noise and music party in the hotel floor till 3:00 morning!7:00 morning some of the hotel cleaners were singing in the hotel lounge.I Payed for 2 nights but left in the first night.I recommend it for one night only.Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location was not so good as justified , another thing the room was hell bad the bed was so disappointing with a flashlight in my head it was pretty disturbing and creepy experience that night inhad with my wife … hope to never visit there again .Thank you .

There are cockroaches in the room. The heater is not working at all. The room is dirty. Even the thermos for water is not clean. The bed is so hard

Customer service was fantastic and the place is very secure and quiet. We were there on a Saturday night and despite the 3 bars onsite you could hear absolutely nothing. Air conditioning was great also. Place has 24 hr reception and room service which is always a plus. We stayed as we were transiting through Dubai and we had no problems having a shower and plenty of well needed sleep. Market on the walk to the Metro was close and a bonus treat for us. Very delicious food and lots of bargains. Would stay here again. Also was able to check in around 1pm despite normal checkin of 2pm with no extra charge. Thank you

I'm not like after I came hotel I saw its bad place. And night cannot sleep until 3 or 4 too much sound coming from night club
