Zero , none to like.

almost everything, from uneducated receptionist, to old room carpet, slippery floors, old style sink that takes half of the space of the bathroom, stained towels and bed sheets, and lot.more.

Hygiene

They inconvenienced us by giving us a twin room yet we booked a single double bed we waited for Long periods as they were in search of a double bed ?‍♂️

I stayed at this hotel recently and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. I booked a non-smoking room, but as soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was overwhelming and made it very hard for me to breathe or feel comfortable in the room. I expected a clean, smoke-free environment, but this was not the case at all.

“I stayed at this hotel and it was a very disappointing experience. Nothing about the place was enjoyable. The room was uncomfortable, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt unpleasant. Everything seemed disorganized and far below expectations. I definitely did not enjoy my stay,I just stay 30 minutes and check out because not possible there in that hotel room anyhow I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

Cleanliness and Location

Reception staff was not good, I requested Tea Bag and Shower Gel but he responded very rudely and refused to provide.

Very bad and they are doing black mailing with customers There manager Arabic fat guy charge me extra 100It’s properly black mailing

Hotel distance is near to metro,very easy to find out

Room not clean,mattress not comfortable,bathroom was not clean,only 1 bath towel available for 2 persons,damaged TV provided .overall not satisfied

The reception staff are rude. I called in to ask about the not working refrigerator twice and no one came to check. They charged us 100 dhs because I had a guest. Dirty carpets. Leaking sink.

The Room is clean and Good also its 5mins walk going union metro station.

they charge for a coffee Im thinking its still part of complimentary.

They were everytime asking me if i go out or in this not good i m s geust you should know your guest not everytime i go out when i come back they ask me who are you where are you going not good They dont clean the room and the room was smelly of cegaret

Terrific location. Hotel was very quiet. Room was clean and comfortable.

The reception staff are really friendly, helpful and cooperative

When i checked in the bed sheet was horribly dirty and obviously wasn’t changed from the previous guest!!! I took pics if needed and when i called the reception they sent someone to change it

noises from the night club, ac - very cold ?, furniture were old and the fridge wasn’t working?‍♀️

Location is very good as its a walkable distance to the metro station,the nearby malls and supermarket.The staff are so friendly and helpful when asked for anything including taxi booking and wakeup calls.

The bath tab,and kettle they need replacement
