Down quilt on bed was way too hot and heavy. And the hotel didn't have any other options except to give us some more sheets.

Friendliness of the staff. Staff was very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was very good.

They have good customer service. It was my first time and I got lucky that my room was upgraded. It was very spacious and clean. My partner and I had enjoyed our stay.

Apart from the breakfast buffet having limited selections, everything else was amazing.

The breakfast here was excellent. During the breakfast, RUBA was very courteous and greeted us with warm smile every day.Room was kept clean. I would like to specially mention about room attendant SRIKANTH REDDOLLA for his amazing service in keeping the room tidy everyday.

A special thank you to Ms. Aaliya, who always went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Always enquired about our stay. The beds were very comfortable and as the hotel is away from the city traffic, we always got a good night's sleep. Eight nights at the hotel were very pleasant and happy!

Change in breakfast as staying for 8 nights and having to eat the same fruits, same breads does not seem exciting. Some days include Indian breakfast options which are plenty. Change availability of fruits rather than keeping the same ones every single day. I would especially like to thank the hotel that went out of their way to arrange for salmon as when we stayed there for the first few days we only got to eat trout fish and no salmon. But as soon as we requested, salmon was made available for us every single day, which again is a very kind gesture from the hotel. So thank you!

Nothing bothered me.

We loved that this property had really spacious rooms and amazing staff! We felt really taken care of especially by Alia who served us strong coffee every morning.

The views from our room was just an empty courtyard, it would have been better if they turned this space into a garden

All the staff are fabulous, helpful, and kind, they always ask me if l need any help also in the restaurant their food is very delicious and well made, and the rooms are very neat.

The staff was friendly, free parking was available, housekeeping was available without even a request.

The hotel is average, and I'm unsure how Marriott's management and restricted quality management system are associated with it. Everything feels basic, including the not-provided toiletries and essential amenities for any four—or three-star hotel. The location is quite inconvenient if you want to visit the benchmarks in Dubai; it takes an extra 20 to 30 minutes, based on the crowdedness to reach them compared to other middle areas. It seems suitable only for guests visiting industrial/investment district factories.Walking around the area is impossible, but hardly any taxis are available, especially at night, so having your own vehicle is essential.The soundproofing between the rooms is inadequate; it feels like they used a lousy gypsum board, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and collide. The amusement properties were so limited that a tinny pool was insufficient for more than ten persons, and there was no kids' pool; I almost used the hotel to sleep.Overall, I will not recommend this hotel and would give it a maximum of two stars. Its connection to Marriott misled me; they are not of the same standard.
