Location, Staff went and others were very nice and helpful, and all the Amenities are very nice.

I like the fact that it is well located in the city, close to the Dubai mall . Also the free access to the beach resort and private pool is such a big plus which enhances the journey of one’s stay. Fast and reliable wifi

The only thing I wasn’t pleased with is nothing at all ,Actually I don’t have a single complaint

The staff at the desk were pleasant. They also gave us 2 cupcakes for the room which said V and Booking. Tasted really good and was a pleasant gesture.

The room had a bad smell. And the pillows had a horrible rotten smell which took us a full day to realize that it was coming from the pillows. Also they had a party ongoing on the penthouse till 4 am so sleep was not pleasant. They also didn’t have a smart tv which is disappointing considering the price of the room per night.

Oumaima and myo arrange for me the best room and decoration very lovely

I had a fantastic stay at V Hotel in Dubai’s business district. The service was exceptional from start to finish, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is very convenient with easy access around the city, close to Downtown Dubai yet far enough to feel calm and not crowded.One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. Excellent variety, high quality, and absolutely worth every penny. Everything felt well organized, clean, and thoughtfully done, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime but relaxed location in Dubai.

I loved the room, the hotel facilities, the room service, and the location.

Checkout extension until 3 pm is half day rate ??!!Extension until 5-6 pm is full day rate ?!!My flight is at 1:25 am, and i jus asked for extension till 6 pm for a half day rate.This is unusual for big hotels, especially for returning customers like me. As a returning customer you would expect the staff to give you some privilges; however, i never got any priviliges as a returning customer in V Hotel compared to other 5 stars hotel which they try to give you some advantages. Big disappointment from the staff.This is the reason i am not staying in V Hotel again.

I prefer to stay in habtoor place instead of staying in V hotel.

The room was very dirty and smells very bad, and the entry area is very crowded every time because of bars it should be separate from the entrance area, families with children’s are not comfortable. Also for the refund they give me a bill and told me within 2 weeks we will refund the amount to your account, now it’s one month I didn’t receive any refund+ when I called them every time when they said we will get back to you and till today no one answered me.

Staff is very helpful and courteous. Room were clean and well kept. Breakfast has good spread. Hot breakfast is also available.

Property is getting old and feels torn out. Fruits (Water Melon) were not of good quality. Room layout is different and bit confusing.
