Across the street from the metro station, near restaurants and shops.

All was good

Spacious lobby. Aromatic scent. Courteous and accommodating front desk and staff. Spacious and clean room. Location is perfect. Nearby restaurants and shops. Few minutes about 15 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates.

Nothing that we did not like. Everything was perfect.

A bit dated to be honest but not a deal breaker.

Everyone is perfect hospitality, HK, food and beverage. The staff is very good starting from Hotel manager. The connected rooms are very nice to family and the area is great. The location is 1 minute from the insurance market metro station the value of money is very good.

The breakfast was great and has so many options. The reception are the number one in this hotel. They are super flexible with checking-in and checking-out. The location was great 3 minutes walk to the metro station.

Beautiful Relaxing Hotel.

Ordering Food From The Pool BarBecause It Was Cold When It Came From Downstairs. Good Quality Food, Just Not Hot Enough.

Service was very good. Proximity to the metro made getting around Dubai effortless.

Although some upgrades were done, the building could do with more, especially the bathroom and roof area.

The hotel is located very close to the metro station. Remember to use the rear entrance for shorter distance to the metro. The twin room is perfect for family. There are lot of restaurants and cafe just outside the hotel.

Nothing to complain

The window faced a very close building, so there was no natural light at all. When I asked to change the room, they showed me another room with the same wall-facing view.One day before my check-in, I discovered that I had been given the worst possible view, and the staff were not willing to help, saying my booking was for a “standard room.” No one had informed me in advance that paying extra would have given me a better view.Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.

Prime location, good friendly. staff, brandnew amenities, We were in the 5th floor (or 6th) and view was very nice.

On our second day at the hotel, lady in the second entrance (wearing black hijab) questioned us in a very rude way. She chased us to the lift and while I was swiping the access card she questioned us whether we were staying in the hotel. Then when i say yes she questioned my wife who she? is she is your visitor ? When I say she is my wife she asked for our room number. I know this is for the safety of the guest but the conversation was very unprofessional and my wife was very upset and ruined the entire evening. All other staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was comfortable and well organized.Service was fast and the room was clean.I want to thank Lana for her support.She helped me with everything I needed and treated me in a professional and respectful way.Her assistance made my stay smoother and more enjoyable.

Service upon arrival was unlike any other before. Extremely helpful and friendly. Lana made my entire experience 10*.

Only the room is a little odd decor, brown etc and the carpets, furniture needs an update slightly but it’s good for the price. Plus breakfast should be until 11.

I really enjoy staying in Al Barsha near Mall of the Emirates because it’s close to all services and restaurants.The hotel itself has a nice and fairly spacious lobby.The staff are extremely welcoming and always ready to help with a big smile.I would especially like to thank Mr. Nabil for his kindness and outstanding assistance throughout my stay.The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit old, but it is spacious and comfortable to use.
