The property was beautiful. My children really loved it and I’m grateful for it.

I wasn’t happy with the head of reception. He was very rude and burst into my room at 5 o’clock in the morning which I found very bizarre strange character questioning me after I booked a room in my name with my credit card and there was a lady on reception when I checked out who was very rude as wellshe was from Algeria

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Central Hotel the Palm. The facilities were modern, clean and perfectly located. What made the experience truly special was the exceptional service. I want to give a big thank you to Disan, Philip, Jeff, Musisi, Dil, Moses and KenSmith they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism and warm hospitality really stood out.

Perfect ! Everything met our expectations.A very special mention goes to the front office team, especially Moustafa and Nesrine, whose kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome truly made a difference throughout our stay. We would also like to highlight the excellent service at the restaurant, thanks to Asma and Ilhem, who were always attentive, friendly, and smiling. Good luck team There is nothing negative, the only small area where an improvement would be welcome concerns the breakfast ingredients sourcing, particularly dairy products. Products such as cheeses and yogurts would benefit from higher quality and more internationally recognized brands. The same applies to the pastry offer, which could be improved to better match the overall standing of the hotel.Apart from this minor point, everything was flawless.A hotel we highly recommend and would gladly return to.

Saff are very nice and welcoming. Cleanliness. Pool and beach. Breakfast is good and outdoor area is directly looking to the sea.

Dinner is slightly overpriced

I like the vibes of the property. All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Special shoutout for sir Ulysis very friendly and helpful.

What I liked most about the property was the people working in it from around the world One problem I had was they aren’t payed enough and really too much on tips and not because I felt pressure only because I know how hard the work and lack of pay ! This needs to change! It’s your staff that makes the hotel so important! All was perfect juts felt for those people Knowing the income when they are why you’re making money ! Love Dubai and will visit more often

They were friendly respectful we had a complementary welcome drink ,breakfast buffet was very diverse and delicious so many healthy choices this hotel was completely affordable too

Very quiet they don’t do a lot of late night entertainment

Location even though it is quite a drive on the palm. Multiple activities to keep you busy with kids whole day. Friendly staff.

Breakfast is not great and can improve. Would be nice if the rooms are bigger.

Amazing stay, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and cosy , spacious rooms , delicious breakfast with good varieties of food , nice coffee . Excellent and highly recommended.

We liked everything

The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and easy beach access. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the accommodations were clean. Breakfast was appropriately timed and the variety of food was amazing.

The construction site located right beside the hotel was a bit annoying. .

Room. Rosaly from the breakfast, ulysses and Renato from the conceirge, and the 3 chiefs are very accommodating. They made our stay very comfortable!

Location is far from the city

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There are a few we would like to personally recognize. Mustapha (front desk), Rosaly and Han (dining room), Shila (server at Choi), Bruno (bartender) and Renato and Sabinas our concierge. All went above and beyond. We upgraded to a suite when we got there. Totally worth it. The view is amazing. It's a very clean hotel. Great selection for breakfast. It's located almost at the east end of Palm Jumeriah, which we enjoyed as it wasn't super crowded. My husband and I will be back again!

The WiFi was a little slow. We also rented the bikes which are in pretty poor condition. We did advise the front desk so they can fix the issues so others can enjoy. (tires needed air, left gear on one of the bikes was broken, the brakes squeaked terribly). Other than that, we had a great stay!

Quite and relaxing place, own beach and pool. The rooms are clean and well managed. Staff is very friendly. The view on the Palm Jumeirah is amazing. Special thanks to Nisrin and Sangita for assistance and support.

Great stuff, super helpful. If you come with a rental car, there is free underground parking. To get out of the Palm with a car will take you about 15 minutes.

I liked the atmosphere. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived, in reception Mr. Suraj was very kind person, explained everything for all inclusive package. The staff took really good care of everything. Mr. Lijan, ladies and everyone. Welcomed us for nice food, cooked for me special Indian veg food.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior room was spacious and clean with a great view across the Palm. Loved the pool, big enough to get in a good swim early in the morning and plenty of sun loungers with access to the private beach. Food at breakfast and lunch was delicious with plenty of choice.
