sea view is sort of lackluster; tv didn't work, couldn't get discount. early checkin was not possible and ended up having to upgrade to a more expensive room after 18h of travel

My stay at Andaz was incredible. First and foremost, the staff were attentive and hospitable. I was helped by Keane and Assem, who not only made my check-in as smooth as possible (especially having gotten in late that evening), but my stay throughout the Andaz as stress-free as it could be. When I needed to make adjustments to my accomodation, both Keane and Assem were prompt and ready to support, making adjustments to my booking as quickly and easily as possible. My booking also came with breakfast, which I highly recommend. The buffet is very good, and the staff are extremely hospitable. Prajith in particular made my stay and dining experience feel like home! Lastly, Preet made my check-out as convenient as possible, especially since I had a late flight. She assured me that I would be able to leave my luggage in the hotel and continue to use the ammenities offered to me as a guest - even after checking out! Overall, if you're looking for a welcoming, relaxing, clean, and hospitable stay in Dubai, I would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you Andaz and staff for making my first trip to Dubai amazing!

The staff were extremely helpful and arranged an early check in.Anything we needed they were happy to assist.The facilities are fantastic and across the road from a great shopping mall.

The breakfast is below average for such a hotel. I don’t know why people write that the breakfast is great. Breakfast is my favorite meal and I was very disappointed. Cheese, pastry, bread and eggs nothing was good, the fruits and vegetables choice is also very poor.

I cancel my staying and moved to other hotel. Very unpolite staff, room cleaning not good needs to call them more than once for normal daily housekeeping, accessing the room without permission, items disappearing without getting guest permission.

Almost everything was perfect — the food, the staff, the facilities, the location, and the cleanliness. The room service team was amazing and very friendly. The chef at the restaurant was an amazing person; everything I asked for, he brought me.

The manager of the restaurant (the blonde girl) was very rude. I just wanted to take a plastic cup from the hotel, and she told me I wasn’t allowed to. She was also unfriendly. I’m not talking about the policy — I understand that you have your own rules — but there’s no policy that prevents someone from being kind to people.

Sea bed of the beach was not clean at all, a lot of sea urchins spreading over and basis of water quality you can’t locate them. My wife step over one of those things and got injured and no first aid or medical advice given. It looks as common thing over there where another guest got same injury in an about few minutes later.

Good location

Very commercial - Hotel simply refuses guests who cannot show a physical visum. If you want to get in you have to go and get your visa at home 100 km away. - Hotel room half the size of the room shown in the picture- Breakfast 40 USD pp. and you are scolded if you take one banana for lunch- Unfriendly hotel guests

Very old desgin and not up to date

Exceptional Hotel situated in a prime location for the beautiful private beach. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic & could not have been more courteous & helpful, especially Keane who was able to check us in very early & was very attentive during our stay. First Class choice for breakfast & the swimming pool was stunning. The highlight was being on the private beach, which was wonderful.

- The hotel was really not cleanThe room service team are the worst and they don’t know how to fold clothes properly and when we order an ice bucket it takes them more than 30 minutes to bring it - My sister found a cockroach in her room ?- The hotel had no water in the rooms in floor 7-8-9 for two nights and we made a complaint to the manager and he was really not believing us and he said that he would call the police on us if we don’t leave the reception while talking to him- The hotel staff are really not smiling all the time they are not welcoming from the porter (Hashesh) in the front door who was pretending he is not seeing us when we first arrived and nobody came to pick our luggage until I went inside the hotel and called someone from reception. All staff were really bad trained - The pool bar is not open, and when you order food you can’t order before 1 pm because it is closed so we stayed at the pool for one hour without snacks and food - The guy of the spa keeps walking around the pool and asking people who would like a massage and he is telling my sister’s husband and other men that they have Balinese ladies to do massage for them and he will like them !!!!!! Which was really not acceptable in a country like United Emirates !!!!! And is inappropriate at all - The breakfast is a disaster, it was dirty and the food was not clean and everything was a mess. we ate only once in the breakfast and they gave us our money back after we had a fight with the manager - Please do not book in this hotel as you will have the worst experience ever , they ruined our vacation

Concierge service was exceptional as were luggage and front desk staff.

Access to top floor in a different elevator, breakfast was overpriced, staff were not knowledgeable about Petite Chef. Oh, and I couldn't take a glass of wine to my room but I could pay for room service.

It was convenient and in the city

The facilities are a few minutes walking distance and there’s not much to see during the walk
