Dear Management,I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the cleanliness of my room. The room has not been cleaned properly, and there is a serious cockroach problem, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay.This has caused great discomfort and concern about hygiene and safety. I request immediate action to resolve this issue, either by thorough cleaning and pest control or by arranging an alternative room.I hope this matter will be addressed promptly.

Near metro station and very close to goldsouk

I couldn't use the electric kettle is broken So I didn't have coffee that time during the stay, but the rest of my staying is very convenient

I could stay there only for one day because the condition of the hotel was unbearable. The room was extremely dirty, the bed sheets were not changed, and there was a strong smell of cigarettes and also ciggerate butts in the room . Cockroaches were present in the room, and out of fear and discomfort, I had to sleep with the night light on. It was a deeply disturbing and horrible experience, and I felt completely uncomfortable throughout my stay.If you want it even more emotional, shorter, or written like

Strangers are knocking the doors and disturbing and outside noise is very disturbing. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

the AC in our room made a noise The carpet’s cupboards and bathroom was dirty we requested a new room which was not given to us I personally would never set foot near this nasty so called hotel again

Scammers

They are scammers, the hotel canceled my reservation on my arrival day, then offered me the same room with 5x price. By the way the hotel was very dirty and it had lots of cockroaches.

Near to Metro Station. There is food delivery available until 2am and u can even paid using your card upon delivery. They hv spacious room for big family.

Mayb the host can provide kettle, cup, coffee or tea & sugar.

The hotel apartment is good value for money, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the Metro station, which makes it easy to travel around the city. The rooms are nice, and overall the property feels convenient for both short and long stays.

I was given a connecting room, and the sound insulation is very poor. Any small noise carries through, so when I played music, the neighbors complained immediately. Instead of handling it smoothly, reception kept calling me several times, which disturbed my stay more than the actual noise. This could be avoided if management took more care in allocating connecting rooms to the right type of guests, or improved soundproofing. It made the stay less relaxing even though the property itself is good.

Excellent place to stay, cost effective, good location, nearby food places, nearby public transport. Everything went well. I am very satisfied.

I like the staff, the receptionist was so nice and kind at that time. First time for me to book the room. Might come back if I need to, it's value for money, the cheapest apartment I found where you can cook, sadly you can't wash clothes as there's no washing machine.

The old facilities will be ok if the room was cleaner than it is at that time. Not sure if there were bed bugs. I didn't sleep there because I was thinking there might be. But I could be wrong.

The location was good, near the metro and only 15 minutes from Souq Naif and Souq Al Dahab. So, for those planning to visit these places often, it's convenient. Also, the AC was working well.

I booked two rooms with four beds each. Check-in was scheduled for 12 PM, but I arrived at 2 PM and still had to wait an hour for the rooms to be ready.I had reserved a family studio with four beds but was given two single beds and one queen-sized bed instead, which is not what I booked. The staff said the correct rooms were unavailable.The cleanliness was very poor, we found cockroaches in both rooms, and the toilet and shower were not clean. The ceiling was leaking a lot of water, which made it even worse.There was also a bad smell in the hallway.When we asked for an extra sheet, it was very bad and low quality.One of the booking terms stated that the hotel is not responsible for any theft, so we couldn’t leave our valuable items in the rooms.

Terrible experience

Very bad room, very less power points for charging, in room cockroaches were roaming, beds/ bedsheets were not cleaned, terrible situation of washroom. I will not recommend this hotel for stay.

Many flies were sleeping with me on the bed. Luckily, my wife wasn’t there. No tea, no water, no water boiler.

Overall it's a normal place. No parking, no room service for cleaning or garbage. Even when ask about anything the reply came that just gave you the water in the morning...So if come to stay. Then just think about a room, nothing more...
