Location is great and also the room size and design.

Breakfast could be better. It was very good but there is room for improvement in the variety.

The staff services was very good especially freeman , Mudasir and Aravind

Loved the property and its proximity to the mall of the emirates, its a walking distance to luxury shops and shopping areas. Staff was awesome, very kind and helpful especially Aman, he's so kind. Highly recommended ?.

Near to shopping mall and restaurants if opt to go out. Ample of parking slots.

The stuff are friendly helpful especially Mr. Pawan and Ajith, comfortable, clean

breakfast was chaotic and only one coffee machine was working the pool was not accessible the scent in the lobby was too strong

Staff and location

Lobby cafe should serve high quality of coffee and food and room bathroom should be have shower tray rather than bathtub

Room service, friendly staff and location are perfect

The location is good.

The breakfast restaurant is overly crowded and they don’t have a sitting mechanism set to accommodate the guests, and due to which if you occupy a table and leave it to get some food you might find someone else sitting there, and this is because no buddy escorts the guests to their table.

The location and the staff in reception specially a lady called ayusha she was very helpful

Breakfast was very bad without any options only options without any change and quality was poor Only same Two kinds of cheese daily Coffe is very bad also in breakfast

The super convenient location to the metro and MOE made the hotel very accessible. All the staff were extremely friendly, from the receptionist, waiters, travel supervisor (Mona), Freeman & Frank who helped us with our luggage.The outdoor terrace where the main restaurant is located was also very relaxing and was a great place to chill out.

The breakfast menu was good. However, the menu stayed the same for the entire stay at the hotel (i.e. 6 nights) and did not change. Eventually, the breakfast became monotonous due to the lack of variation.

Mudassar frank nitin are best serving

Lactation is the powerfulSide of this hotel. In front of Mall of the Emirates.Staff also is very good!Ayesha kindly helped me with all of my requests. She provided and assisted quickly and professionally. Also she looks great and I felt high hospitality level from her.Breakfast for my sight should to be little better. Fruits/cheeses/egg station - all the good. But I’d prefer more fish.

Pool area is small, but is looked enexpectedly very green. And pool has a shelve where you can lie or sit slightly underwater, very good idea.

The hotel is a very excellent place to stay at, all the staff are helpful, smiling and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Also, the food is very clean and delicious. We would like to thank Mr. Ziad al-hawi the cluster general manager. He is a great leader and very welcoming as well. Location, hospitality, clean, restaurant.

The pillows were not as expected. For sure need a better quality for 4 start hotel.Swimming pool is small.

I had a long and frustrating experience dealing with Booking.com regarding changes and refunds for my reservation. The communication from Booking.com was poor, and despite multiple calls and daily follow-ups throughout my trip, the issues were never properly resolved on their end.However, I want to highlight the outstanding service from Mr. Aman and his team at the hotel. He immediately understood the situation, took ownership, and acted promptly to help resolve the problem. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made a huge difference during a very stressful process.A big thank you to Aman and his staff for going above and beyond. Their support stood out, especially compared to the experience I had with Booking.com. I truly appreciate the care and effort they put in.
