Only book if you want to stay near Dubai Mall.

The amount of smell of air freshener they add to air conditioners in the lobby area is crazy. Why you have to add so much chemicals so I have a headache???The thing is that the reception staff can regulate it. Pls fire the one who regulates the smell.Another point is breakfast. The quality is not at the level you expect from 5 star hotel

Service Plus operations are poor

Service Plus service took several minutes to reach and person registered request to bring shaving kit 2 times but nobody showed up. We requested luggage help but nobody showed up either.

All was fine, but when booking.com has written that i hv free breakfast plus room upgrade, and i hv booked in advance, when i checked in i had no room upgrade, they informed me they dont hv room available n all reserved, how ?

I booked two rooms one of the room 2003 was not clean with very bad smell in the room and i found many stain was in the duvet which means no body clean it after the previous guests which affected my skin and make my stay un comfortable stay , I escalated this issues with the house keeping manager and duty manager which made my stay more complected with many calls and several messages which was annoying me and my family as well.

had an amazing stay at Address Dubai Mall. The location is absolutely perfect, with direct access to Dubai Mall, which makes shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. Being so close to Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain truly adds to the experience.The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with elegant décor and a comfortable bed. The views were stunning and made the stay feel extra special.What really stood out was the exceptional service — the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the stay smooth and enjoyable.

Very Hot room was assigned to us. Then when we asked for another room it took them 3 hours to make it ready

For the price that was paid, I did not feel it was worth the money apart from it being in a very strategic location.

The furniture looks dated and this was made to appear worst when the room tidiness was below par.Used tissue was spotted behind side table and water marks on the basin made them look dirty.

The hotel has an excellent location, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated.

However, there were some disappointments. The breakfast was very poor especially considering the price we paid for our stay. The service during breakfast was lacking, and our arrival experience with the night shift staff was unfortunately quite cold - we received no smile or welcome greeting, which set an unwelcoming tone.Despite these service issues, the location truly is the hotel’s strongest asset. With some improvements to the breakfast quality and staff hospitality, this could be an excellent choice.

Change of hotel locations without prior knowledge . We thought we were staying where Kempinski is currently which is more convenient to connection to the mall

Clean and spacious

The name was misleading as it was across from Dubai Mall with a connected bridge to China town side in the mall.

Literally everything was great. Location, staff, facilities, cleanliness. Very high trained and respected staff. amazing location, with simple button press you will be in Dubai Mall! Special thanks to the respected egyptian guy who welcomed us with arabic coffee. Address Dubai Mall is the address & for all hotels in terms of professionality.
