Excellent location, comfortable rooms, decent in room dining service and excellent staff. Special thanks to Mr Shiva and reception staff to make my check in process and stat at hotel a treat. This was my 3rd stay in this hotel in last 2 months and I can’t think of going else where now . Value for money is what this place offers you .

Location

The smelly room, requested for iron (which supposed to be there in the room). The iron came with hardly 1 m cable. I wasn’t sure where to connect & how to press clothes on iron board.

Staffs are friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the property feels positive.

This is my third time staying at Majestic, but I faced the same issue all three times. The bathtub and washbasin drains were always blocked, and the water wouldn’t go down. The last two times they fixed it, and this time they also tried the day they fixed it, it was okay, but the problem came back the next day. Because of this, the sink stayed dirty and it was very uncomfortable for me.

Cleaning, crowded, elevator always busy and not enough.

The staff were great. Welcomed warmly by Gilen at the reception. She gave us an awesome room with great views of the city. The room was so cool that we had dinner at the balcony overseeing Burj Khalifa, the Frame and many others.Narayan also took great care of us during breakfast and was always there to get whatever we needed and answer whichever questions we had.We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We even got a complementary plate of fruits that was a nice surprise. All in all, the staff were receiptive and kind. Highly recommend. Location is also great. The metro is about five hundred meters away.

Good in all aspect. All staff great supportive and The receptionist Ms. IMASHI has highlight professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. She is welcoming first point of contact with exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.

We usually stay in a hotel apartment during our Dubai trips, but since our usual place wasn’t available this time, we chose Majestic City Retreat. Let me be very clear right from the start:The room was clean, well maintained & honestly the ONLY good thing about this hotel.Everything else made the stay inconvenient, tiring & simply not worth the trouble — especially for families with small kids.---1. Delivery Policy – The Most Annoying Part of Our StayThe hotel had one of the most unreasonable delivery rules I’ve ever experienced.They did not allow any food, grocery or Amazon order to be kept at the reception. Not even for a few minutes.I was traveling with a 3-year-old child who always wanted to accompany me whenever I stepped out. He wouldn’t stay with his mom if I left the room, & taking him down every time a parcel arrived was a struggle — especially when we had to wait long minutes for the elevator.To make things worse, one particular security guard was extremely strict. While other guards usually allowed delivery people to leave parcels, this one guard never allowed it. Because of him, I had to physically go down every single time. It was incredibly frustrating.---2. Elevator Situation – A Daily HeadacheThe hotel had 24 floors but only 2 elevators.The waiting time was painfully long throughout our stay. There were times we had to take the stairs with our 3-year-old just to get to the ground floor.It really felt like the hotel focused on adding more rooms instead of giving guests the proper infrastructure.---3. Misleading Amenity InformationWhen we booked the family suite, the listing mentioned a bathtub.But when we asked about it, the staff told us:> “If you want a tub, then the room won’t have a kitchen.”Guests should not be forced to choose between amenities that were advertised together. It felt misleading & unreasonable.---4. Balcony & Bathroom IssuesThe balcony was large, but very dirty.

Too crowded elevators because of may clubs on first 4 floors, loud lobby with shady characters visiting clubs, loud corridors, especially in the morning, leaky shower etc.To be honest, hotel is overdue for renovations, carpets in rooms in corridors are a bit shabby, furniture as well. Although the staff is amazing, value for money in overall is not so great. Less than I expected for such a price tag in Dubai.

Everything the wifi was bad and the room smells sooo bad I couldn’t stay there at all
