The staff was amicable and accommodating. The location is also fantastic as it's only one metro stop away from Mall of the Emirates.

The room (as seems to be typical for Dubai hotels that are not 5-Star Luxe hotels) smelled really bad. The entire room had an extremely chemical deodorizer spray smell that us very allergy unfriendly. The rooms smell musty and moldy.

Good location with plenty of restaurants and small shops as well as close proximity to Mall of the Emirates.

Cleaners knocking on the door every morning before 10am wanting to clean the room. Also, noise of corridor being cleaned between 8 & 9am.

Location was the most convenient and staff was courteous.

Prefer the bathrooms to have yellow lights. Breakfast can have different menu each day. Housekeeping need to change the sheets daily

At 4am I discovered there was no hot water and maintenance had to visit the room. Not happy about this at all

Location is good, but no valet parking for customers, this is a disadvantage. Rest parking facility is good.The whole staff from Restaraunt for Breakfast was excellent.

This is my second time staying in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jamila and Vilma. The manager gave us extra checkout time. The breakfast was delicious. The location is wonderful. Just walk to the Kimpinski hotel, take the accelerator, and you are in the Mall of Emirates. I will definitely go there again in the future. ?

Nothing except one advice, make an agreement with the hotel taxi driver about the price before he drops you so both of you are happy and satisfied.

Size of room, beautiful lounge with tables to do work, beautiful architecture of the building. Good Turkish coffee and sweets or French fries. Staff was very good.

Staff to clean room was well meaning and courteous but never washed bathroom-shower floors / I was there 40 days !. Training required.And swimming pool without a hoist, people of determination cannot use the swimming pool

Very close to the metro and central in each direction. From the rooftop pool you could see all the landmarks in the distance.
