Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai

The staff were very attentive and The hotel has free shuttles to the mall and beach .

It was far from everything, very dark and secluded area. The room smelled of mildew. I booked a city view and there is no view and no city view.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size and very clean.

Didn't like the food. The breakfast buffet food was cold. We also ate at the pub one evening and the food was just okay. They had a non-smoking room in the pub, but left the door open, so it was extremely smoky in there. No other restaurants close by.

After a few incidents, we were upgraded to a nice and comfortable room. We liked it so much that we decided to stay an extra night. The front desk staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel is across the street from construction and is extremely noisy. We were given a room with two twin beds, rather than a king. Staff knocked on our door at 7:30 AM even with our do not disturb sign on.

The location could be a little far to public transportation depending on the traveler.

Overall, it is a solid 3-star hotel. It's a bonus that it has a Starbucks, a restaurant and a bistro on the premises. There are many supermarkets nearby. The old Dubai is within walking distance (20 min.) from the hotel.

The neighbourhood - all the restaurants are ethnic Indian fare.

Good location. Very friendly and co-operative staff, our interaction with Mr. Rohit at the front desk was very nice. Good breakfast spread.

Fridge did not have a mini bar.

The control of Air Conditioning needs to be upgraded

I´ve been in this hotel several times and never had any concerns or problems. Great people, well-maintained and spacious rooms, great breakfast, nice pool. Bar and restaurant are very good also.

The staff I appreciate the receptionist miss Huyam , also the cleanness

The noice during the breakfast and type of food as it was mostly indian food
