The location was great. Walking distance to just about everything.

There is a lot of construction going on at the building next door. Not sure if this contributed to the awkward entrance to the hotel. Very unconventional. Additionally, the construction work goes on 24/7 so don’t expect any break in the noise.

The three bedroom suite was massive. Proximity to the beach is good. Staff friendly. Gym was modern and well equipped.

The entrance to walk in is one of the most bizarre I have ever come across you need to walk down a narrow corridor past a bowling alley. The rooms are very dated, especially the kitchen in our 3 bed room which was looks like a working kitchen. No sun on the pool or loungers for large parts of the day.The hotel has an artificial smell which they spray in the reception areas which I found disgusting. This is not a Dubai luxury hotel, purely a business overnight type place.

Bed was comfortable and hotel lobby was clean and inviting. Was handy having a kitchen particularly as we did not have breakfast included.

Very outdated decor which suggests pictures online need updating. Toilet seat had stains on it and bathroom bidet did not work. Reception staff were not helpful in the slightest and claimed they didn’t know how we could purchase tickets to the Burj Khalifah. Would never return here.

The staff were amazing — Yuli from the restaurant was very attentive and helpful, Yasser (now operator) and Martin were excellent, and the reception and room service teams were always professional. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and I also appreciated how the chef personally checked the dishes to make sure everything was perfect.

The location is the best, big private beach, spacious rooms and great view from the balcony.

For breakfast there's not a lot options to choose from, every day is the same.

I didn't get my room at the agreed time.I asked to fix the main door of the room because it does not lock, but it was not done.The rooms need more maintenance.They asked for a security deposit and I was not informed of this when booking.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean with a fantastic view. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything we needed was provided. The location was nice and convenient, with a Carrefour market just nearby. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

The beach itself is good, but unfortunately, the sea is not as clean as it used to be. In the water, there is often some floating trash and seaweed. Right next to the guests’ swimming area there is now a water scooter rental zone. The number of jet skis at JBR has become very high, and they give off a smell of gasoline and create strong waves, which makes swimming less comfortable.

If you’re looking for good place for large family this is a good choice . Location is good although is far from the center but if you wanna stay in JBR this is good catch. Valet parking is a huge bonus. Staff are nice and helpful in general.

Breakfast could be better, also the furniture, the doors handles are in bad shape. Towels and bathrobes also need change

Exceeded my expectations. Great place to stay especially with family.

Swimming Pool timings.. Starting time at 9:00am is quite late especially it is already in summer time.

Size of the 2 bedroom suite was great

Road noise in the middle of the night was loud (6th floor).

It was spacious and situated in a very on-going area, it made it easier for us to travel to important places as well. Big shout out to Mr.Roufan for enhancing our stay at Hilton, he arranged food for our cruise and helped with numerous other things.

The apartment was dated. Needs an upgrade on decor.

The 3 bed sea view suite was beyond expectations. Thoughtfully set out to cater perfectly for 7 to 8 people (though for 8 youd need to request an extra bed at a cost). Exceptionally clean, breakfast is of high quality with variety. Pool was busy but pleasant. Views beyond words. Serene and peaceful. Loved that you could hear the poolside music on the balcony. Location is beach front so doesnt get better than that with only a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant (though room service was delicious although it was a bit pricy too!) Id stay here again for sure and am already looking to book again.

At times such as Friday nights the music can be overwhelming. Even with the balcony door shut and windows shut I could still hear the loud bass thumping. Just a little bit less bass would make all the difference (especially when considering the music started at like 12 noon and went on to midnight or later?). One of our sinks didnt drain properly and an engineer did try to fix it but the fix didnt last long. The day we arrived it was exceptionally hot and well above average (41c) and I had my nearly 80 yr old grandmother with me, I requested an early check in and wasnt granted it. Yes we arrived at like 11am but I feel some concession could've been made for the sake of my grandmother who was exhausted from an 7hr flight. Despite explaining this we were asked to wait, albeit politely til 2pm. There were no welcome cookies available at check in and we came twice within a week and they were still baking! They were delicious when we finally got them though.

Location is excellent and very lively.Staff were all very kind and courteous.Food and buffet diners very good.Gym is good for a hotel gym.

Pool needs to open earlier for early swimmers - anything from 6am would be ideal please..Room service hit and miss, i.e. some basic hygiene products not noticed and replaced. Coffee machine defective and coffee pods not replaced.
