Bed not comfortable, internet connection was awful& very slow.The AC was very loud and we need to change room. they forgot to bring fresh towels. Overall not recommendable for the price. They charged us.

The bathroom had a leak in it. We told them about it several times and it was never fixed. The halls smell. The front desk was not helpful.

Location was great to ues the metro

Cleanliness was not reached my expectations. I sent email 3 days before checking in for room with two beds but unfortunately there is no one response my email. Staff were normal, not bad and not good

The selection of different restaurants and break fast it was very good selection.

Upper level management they are not helfulm however; the front desk staff are great. Overall it was good.

The Reception took long time to find my name and I sent email to request two bed but no body reply and I sent message by Facebook and reply it ok when I checked in the reception told my no room available two bed and I show him the message

Overall vibe, breakfast spread, the rooms. Only good thing is the proximity to Metro

The staff was very welcoming and ready to help in all situations. They were available for 24 hours for all requests we made.

The building and facility were old and a lot of things were breaking down frequently. We had to ask the receptionist to check the room keys at least twice a day.

Close to metro, close to my purpose of visit.

Not too clean. I had lots of roaches in my room. Strong oriental fragrance on the aisle was off putting.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Golden Tulip Hotel Al Barsha. I liked the location of the hotel and Mashreq metro stop was only a 4/5 minute walk from the hotel. This made travel throughout Dubai really easy for me. Using the metro is easy, fast and very inexpensive. Get the nol card and just top it up for easy travel on the metro and buses.I arrived early at the hotel and the staff were very helpful, they ensured that I had a comfortable place to wait until my room was ready, the staff did everything possible to accommodate my requests with regards to room location and facilities. I can't praise the hotel highly enough for their willingness to accommodate my requests. I very much enjoyed all the facilities at the hotel, the Locker Room Bar on the first floor had a singer on during the evenings. The pool and the pool area is lovely. I enjoyed a few lovely pool days. I didn't use the gym/spa but if it's like everything else then I'm sure it is good.

Only a small little thing that might have been helpful is more communication before my arrival. I did send an email through booking.com asking for some information but I didn't get a reply. The staff more than made up for this on my arrival as they were very helpful in answering all my queries and accommodating me as much as possible.

Night club is very noisy. I couldn'tt sleep the whole night form the noice and loud music till the 4th floor . the staff behaviour and respons are very slow -,even the security couldnt help no customer care

The location was good , parking was available ,24 hours .room size was good ,staff was smiling every time .

Water and tea did not renew until I requestedParking sign : they are not responsible for any theft or damages on my car !!! I chose the floor 6 to be far from the ground floor , because there is a noisy night club noise and vibrations reach the 4 floor

Stay Away from this Hotel

We checked in to another hotel few hrs after checking in. This hotel is so dirty, noisy, smelled so bad.

1.The hotel is located in a good spot and the rooms are quite clean with convenient electrical outlets.2.There is a fairly large supermarket within 100 meters of the hotel, making it convenient to purchase food and daily necessities.

.1. There are no slippers, combs, and men's razors in the room. 2. The bar on the second floor of the hotel is open late at night and is noisy.

Prabeen at the reception is just excellent. Has the charm of guest service. Made our stay memorable and amazing has a unique way of dealing with guests, I also had a delivery that arrived prior and he managed to secure it for us.

All was good, from the staff to the rooms.

location convenince bot regarding travel,and also hospitality

Towels were not changed to allow for use for morning and evening.I had only one bathtowel and one face towel changed every day.There should be at least two of each for each day.The bedside lighting is daylight..so is the desk reading light.They should be "Warm"lighting in these areas,and not bright daylight.Please change the bulbs to warm light.this was my third or fourth stay at the facility.It is my prefered place to stay when I am in Dubai...Mashreq Metro station is just three minutes walk,and this makes it very convenient.
