Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah Residences

The hotel was excellent! Very well maintained, room was extremely comfortable, breakfast wea amazing!! Have travelled before to other destinations this hotel is by far the best! The location was very convenient!! If we are back in Dubai this is our hotel.

Good location Clean and big apartment

The parking spaces in the basement are small.

Very good breakfast spread - variety of cuisine and don’t forget to add it to your stay. The staff at the breakfast cafe were exceptional and special mentions to Teresa whose smile and service made us eagerly wait for the next morning. Lubanshi was also very pleasant in attending to our needs. Very nice and professional cooks with live counters every morning.

This hotel is one of my favorites to stay at in Dubai. My family and I have been enjoying this hotel since last year. With multiple stays, I know each time I stay here I will be received with the highest level of customer service, respect, and kindness. The facilities are super clean, the housekeeping team is so great and they are very kind and careful. I always know my room will be cleaned with precision and at the highest standard. The reception team is incredibly kind and resourceful, they think outside the box and are ready to assist you with anything you need! I remember my first stay, I was quite nervous about a direction and the young man at the front desk assisted me and was really kind!! Also the reception staff are all super intelligent especially a young man named Vishnu I believe starts with a V. He really is exceptional and really should be a manager! Everytime I go back I ask, if he has been promoted yet! Top class customer service. The kitchen staff are amazing with their top tier food and attention to details and adjustments to the meals! The shuttle services are great also!! the bus driver is very kind! And how can I forget their lovely bell boy who is so helpful and even helped me weigh my bags!

Breakfast not too much to choose, more on Indian menu, not much for european

More food selection for european menu

Very good spacious, clean and perfect environment for stay, real 4 start hotel, very good breakfast

Location is little far from center

Excellent clean and spacious room, very good breakfast, excellent staff.

Its little far from the center and you will spend 20 to 30 mints to reach to center during peak hours

The staff was fantastic. We felt special with the care and attention that the staff put in from the get go. The check in process, movement of luggage to our room, cleaners, room service and most of the staff at the breakfast. The staff was attentive to our needs and provided prompt courteous service. I was travelling with aged parents. Adeel, Abbas and Zain made them feel at home at breakfast. Well done to the staff at Hyatt! The location of the hotel is very accessible and the super market nearby was a nice bonus.

There was no quiet space for work calls which would a big bonus in this day and age. There could be more seating space in the lobby. The pool hours should be extended as was too hot even after the sun set.

I liked the location of the hotel and the parking provided.

There was a smell in the bathroom and it was disturbing the hotel residents.

Porter and valet services are great

Breakfast - nothing specialNot accommodating reception staff - need customer service training seriously

The great service, great staff, especially- Armint Bassant, who cleaned our room, just an incredible approach to work.We ask management to thank him for us.

I always stay there and love the place, it's location and staff.

This time, the room air conditioner vents were fixed right on bed head. It caused me headache. I complained about it but staff told me this can't be moved. It's quite bad to have such experience in such place.

The place is very clean and upscale, the area is upscale in a new residential complex in Jumeirah, there is a grocery store and a supermarket near the hotel, the facilities provide excellent services and the staff are very cooperative, valet parking is available as well as parking spaces for guests only, I enjoyed my stay here very much and I will definitely repeat this experience in the future, in short, value for money and it is even more than that

Location , their Room cleaning team are so good

Breakfast wasn’t as I expectd

Nabhi - the gallery Host was excellent in his service. Abraham at the reception was so welcoming and cooperative. Everything was excellent. Above all the vegetarian breakfast options were a cherry on top.

Everything was great

Loved the lobby. Gorgeous spacious room. Staff were fabulous. So helpful from reception to valet to breakfast. All wonderful. Great breakfast buffet. Really liked the poached eggs - freshly cooked to order. Nice bread selection. Lovely fruit being constantly chopped fresh in front of guests. Close to Dubai mall.

The pool area is nice though perhaps a bit shaded at times which is probable standard for a city hotel.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a spa within and spa staff are very brilliant team!

The food while it's a lot the flavour and culinary skill is lacking. Gu en the Visitors are from all over the world- having cooked rice and potatoes fir breakfast daily is too heavy. The continental breakfast was OK. Cook different beef and nit Beef stroganoff 3 tines a week. Introduce Indian men one day , then go Mexican next day and where was chips !!!

Great hotel, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast variety!

Nothing ?

Friendly staff, flawless internet, and well managed gym.

Quick room service.

1. The guys at the reception didn't even give the option of late checkout. All you had to do was to check if it can be done but NO.....no option.2. The distance of the pool is like travelling to sharjah.3. They joined double beds as one queen bed...terrible..
