York International Hotel

The hotel is too old. It is not any facility in the room. Even TV wasn’t working. There was a cockroach inside their room.

Location is good, near with all city buildings

The sandals and cup boiler are not there, and the tv remote is broken

Phone in the room not working reception very altitude until you reached rooom housekeeping or many more staff they will ask you you have room you book you have room it’s like they made you feeel that you don’t know nothing it’s redicolus

Totally disappointed, full of night girls at the entrance and noisy , old furniture and dirty room and bathroom.

The room was good and seemed recently renovated, and I stayed on a high floor, which was a plus. The neighborhood is very lively with plenty of dining options nearby, and next to metro station, making the location a 10/10. The only downsides were a very slow shower and bathroom cleanliness, which could be improved as there were a few small cockroaches. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because of the excellent location.

Not good for family , no parking hotel so there is paid parking at other location

We friends booked one room, two people stay in one room. If I change the person, for some reason one person is not going and another person is going with me, then why do those hotel receptionists demand extra payment here?They demand 100dhs extra??

I booked for two person and they want me to charge me extra 100 because they said you didn’t book for two person they do

it's OK nice hotel but not a family hotel has some clubs around the first floor and basement I think but the hotel rooms are not really good. Specially the bathrooms are not really good.

Corridor area smells very badThere is no hot water ?Flush for wc not working air-conditioning there is no adjustment can't there have bar in ground floor the sound too much disturbing. There in room lighting haha low dim light ??

They charge me even for parking 50 aed but when I book there was written parking available in property facilities

Low level of hygiene, noisy bars on the GF till 4 am, low level of communication, no one is responding to your inquiries, no parking or guidance on where to park

NOTHINH. The hotel is disguting and so dirty and unclean I wanted to vomit..they are scammers putting nice clean pictures of the room on website and when u go there the reality is wallah the worst, the rooms are disgusting dirty like prisons

Don’t ever go to this hotel. This shouldn’t even be allowed or open for people, such scammers need to be taken down

Towels was very old smells , no napkin I washroom , no formate in washroom . No tea kettle.

Because I told him to before I am looking for good last time also they provide me room but AC is not working I shift to another that day also my time is going weast and yesterday shower is not working, there is not bath tob, mattress is not good, in side of there is smoke smelling.

There was no refrigerator, it was noisy, we didn't feel comfortable.
