Rose Park Hotel - Al Barsha, Opposite Metro Station

Special shoutout to hotel employee! He was super attentive, very friendly and probably the best waiter I've ever had - I wish him all the best. In addition, the whole hotel staff was amazing, they insisted on the highest standards.

Location is great, near the metro station. The view of Burj al Arab. Mall of emirates in walking distance. The breakfast is nice as well.

The smell in the lobby is very overpowering, the lifts can be accessed by anyone

The air conditioning is central and there was no heater control in the room.

The best hotel I always book for my work trips.It’s just a 1-minute walk from the metro, and all the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Nour at the reception for his warm welcome and kind support — it truly feels like home.

Good location. Equidistance to all main sights of Dubai. Excellent food and staff, that can fulfill all your requests. Room service is on a very high level. Special thanks to Sabbyr who cleaned our room. Lobby guy Mustafa can arrange your transfer, city trip, etc.

The location is great opposite the metro. The staff are very accommodating and the customer service was exceptional. We extended our stay and nothing was a bother for them… Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Will come back again…

Location is unmatchable, right opposite the Metro station, and the staff and service is absolutely top notch! The in room dining is also great and priced very reasonably.

The furniture in the rooms is a bit dated and needs to be upgraded

Great location across from metro and walking distance to many restaurants and a cat cafe! The breakfast staff knew we were checking out and gave us a special message and a muffin (see picture). They stored our luggage for us after check out so we could spend some more time before our late flight.

Near to metro, amenities, restaurants and parking

property seems to be quite old but maintained. You can feel it from washroom tiles and door however rest every thing was fine.

We had a 3-night booking with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Whole staff was very attentive and made us feel welcome at all times. Extra beds were provided to our sons and the bigger room with two bathrooms suited us really well. Breakfast was good and there were new dishes every day. Gentleman running the show in the restaurant was really friendly and provided extra vegetarian options for my wife. Fresh omelets were prepared, which was nice. On the day of our departure and after check-out, we were able to continue using hotel facilities such as roof top pool, gym, sauna and massage services that was a great added value due to our midnight flight back home. Hotel is right next to the Insurance market tram station and the travel time to Dubai Mall is roughly 20 mins and 40-45mins to the DXB airport terminal 1. We used hotel shuttle to the Dubai Marina beach, which seems to be really popular in the season. Special thanks to Aftab, masseurs, restaurant manager and the cleaning people. Great team work!

In a busy city within the proximity to the main highway, the noise insulation could always be a bit better. We got used to it.

Stayed here for 1night as a family of 6 as a lil budget stop by. Was really surprised with our stay as it was a lovely place and we were given such a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Shoutout to Akbar for his services. Such a lovely helpful gent!
