MENA Plaza Hotel Albarsha At The Mall

The room service and cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable, it's just a couple minutes walk from the Mall of Emirates (not the biggest mall in the world), and there are plenty of affordable food dining places to attend like Koshary, etc.

The wi-fi internet was slow and BEFORE YOU BOOK BEWARE that this location is not in or near Downtown Dubai. I found this listing through google, and on google maps it advertised the location beside downtown Dubai but this is not the case.

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally nice and friendly. The hotel and the room are very clean and offer everything anyone needs. One individual I want to appreciate is the manger Allen for all his help while staying at the hotel. Allen went out of his way to help with a few things I needed during my stay. Thank you Allen for an outstanding service and care.

As this was my first time in Dubai, I don't know what is reasonable to expect outside of the luxury hotel environment. My bed was comfortable, the room was clean room with space to standards of western hotels. The staff is very helpfuld and kind. Good air conditioning and small fridge in the room. All amenities are present and working. About 1 km away from mall of the Emirates.

The wifi was a bit slow at times, but acceptable. Eateries within walking distance are mostly take out style, and those with seating I experiences as having have poor or no air conditioning.

The only real advantage of this hotel was its location near Mall of the Emirates.

The hotel was very old and extremely small. According to the booking details, the room was supposed to include a sofa, which was missing. They also requested a high daily fee for an extra bed, even though we were traveling with a child. They did not even provide an extra sheet.The cleanliness was very poor. The room appeared old and poorly maintained, and the bathroom showed signs of mold. We had to request towels several times, as the basic hygiene items were either insufficient or completely missing. In the end, we were close to buying these items ourselves.The balcony view was disappointing, facing another building with poorly maintained and dirty balconies, which made the experience quite unpleasant.Overall, this property does not meet the standards of a four-star hotel, and even a three-star rating feels questionable based on our experience.

It was overall nice I suggest having a shuttle bus to the beach

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is varied, there is private parking.

I didn’t like that when I arrived at 10 PM, my room wasn’t ready yet, making me wait when I was so tired along with my children. Finally, they took me to another room on a different floor, and I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to bring the key to the new room, when all I wanted was to put on my pajamas and sleep. I also didn’t like that the next morning I was called at 11:50 AM to be told I had to check out at 11. I think it’s the first time I’ve been called just 10 minutes before. I’m not sure if this is common, but in my case it wasn’t necessary since I was already aware of the check-out time.

The staff @ th front desk especially a young lady by the name of Remdie (Philipino) was very gracious and helpful

The entrance of the hotel is very difficult for older people & the car park is really hard to move in & out!

Left my ring in the room went back and they clam to not find it but I sure I left it there! Really not happy bc this ring was very valuable to me. Don't seem to even properly check for it

Nice location, very average breakfast, rooms are large enough, old style TV. But cleaner stole my golden ring from a bathroom, and at hotel they told me - sorry madam, there is nothing in lost and found. So, be careful! Watch your staffs. Otherwise you will be same disappointed like me.I know, if they want, the security could talk to the cleaner and find my ring, but they did nothing.

This is my third stay at MENA Plaza Hotel Dubai, and it never fails to impress. The rooms are always very clean and spacious, the location is unbeatable — just a few minutes’ walk to Mall of the Emirates — and the free parking makes it super convenient. Add to that the excellent value for money, and it’s simply one of the most practical choices in Dubai. Highly recommended!

The only downside this time was that the internet felt a bit slow, but I’m sure it was just a temporary issue. Overall, still highly recommended!

Close proximity to the mall, location, comfortable.

Disappointed that the pool & sauna start at 9am and end at 6pm.Better timing would be 7am to 8pm,giving guests that chance to fresh up in the morning, and cool off in the evening.

The TV system needs to update because there tv have only channel list. No Netflix no YouTube.
