Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Barsha

Warm and helpful staff. Good breakfast Buffet spread.

Extremely strict on breakfast buffet timings with negligible scope to have a grace of 10-15 minutes even on a weekend.

the main bed was really good and comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. It felt like it was old.

The only inconvenience was the sofa bed .

The hotel was fare for the price, people were nice. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Nice parking space and for free.

Cleaning could be a bit better.

Everything. Location, hospitality, cleanliness, everything was excellent. If u are looking a place to stay near Mall of Emirates and have the convenience of Metro within few mins then look no further. Also, great food options in the vicinity . Special mention to Shalat and Cerk and one more girl whose name I forgot (I think it was Deen whole helped with complimentary extended check out ). The staff was great. Best place to stay in this area. Without a doubt !

The breakfast was great! a lot of choices The stuff were very nice. Location of the hotel is very convenient, only 5 minutes from the metro station.

Everything was good, from rooms, staff, to breakfast. Plus location is nearby good eateries at walking distance. Metro is 5 minutes walk away. Nice gesture from hotel to provide unlimited filtered water in rooms. Staff is very courteous and professional, asking daily if my stay was going good

Although my booking was free cancellation and pay at the property, they charged my card for the first night rather than "holding" the amount at given card.

Excellent location, comfy bed and nice breakfast.

The service was great. Miss Melissa was very professional and nice too. The room was clean and the location was great.

The lounge on the 1st floor. Limited selection for beers. I think they only had one draft and two bottles. Thankfully, there were other pubs nearby.

This my 6th time staying here . Very good hotel with great location near by restaurant, shops , MOE and of course metro station

The water pressure in the bath not the best thing however meet the requirements

The hotel is fairly new and the furnishings were in good condition. we had a non-smoking room which was really tidy with a big window overlooking the street. not a stunning view, though. the idea of water dispenser in the room was amazing since we could pour our travel mugs as much as we wanted for free.

the breakfast wasn’t as satisfying as I expected especially the warm breakfast was limited and didn’t change that much.

the savory part of the breakfast can have more variety.Sometimes the water in the room isnt clean. Showerwater runs brown for the first 5 mins. Sometimes the kettle isnt clean.

Location, cleaness & friendly staff

The milk that comes with the coffee and tea in the room is not good quality

Best value for the price in Dubai. Central location, Hilton like cleanliness and facilities, kind stuff, really good breakfast.

Perfect location, kind staff, clean room, I can only say good things about this hotel.

The staff are all welcoming and courteous plus they made sure that all our needs are met and that our stay is great. The hotel location is near to the Metro and Mall of Emirates. It is also convenient if you want to access Sheikh Zayed Road. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores are around the area and most of them caters up to around 3 am.

The parking entry is a bit tight for bigger vehicles like SUV or crossovers. The space for each vehicle is reasonable and the management placed rubbers in the walls to prevent scratches in your car if ever you hit the wall while turning.

Nice Rooms, location and lot restaurants nearby

the best thing is that they have allowed the stay of pets within the hotel premises. The location of the hotel and the cleanliness is great.

The breakfast options could be expanded. For e.g. they could add live station for eggs. The pillows should be more comfortable.

Friendly staffs, the room was clean, comfortable

There is no drinking water inside the hotel

Everything was nice! From the breakfast, pool, service. Will come back again!

Good waffles, but not as good as the branch in Kuwait

Smoking room
