Ramee Royal Hotel

I did not like the breakfast at all. It was served very late with minimal options. All the items was Indian, mainly just to cater for them and not for other nationalities. They could have served International Breakfast so that other nationalities can also enjoy what they paid for.

Totally useless reception staff, not helpful at all. Very filthy room and bathroom. Plugs hanging loose from the bedside major safety hazard. Carpets and Sofas in the room had an awful smell, probably never been washed for ages. Torn curtains hanging loose. Couldn’t sleep the entire night because the very loud music be played at the nightclub and drunken guests returning back to their rooms in the early hours of the morning making a lot of noise in the corridors and in the room next to ours. We informed the receptionist three times but no action whatsoever was taken and we were totally ignored.

Extremely disappointing stay.The property was very poorly maintained—there was a strong smell of dirt and smoke throughout. The floor in the room was sticky, the bathroom was unclean, and the sofa had an unpleasant odor. The worst part was the loud music blasting from the surrounding area all night, making it impossible to rest. Although we had booked and paid for 5 nights, we decided to leave after just one. It was definitely the wrong choice, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Facilities are basic and Noisy Location , too many clubs in the hotel , very crowded in the night time.

When I reached to my room I find that there were no tv and light blinking/ not working and the room was not clean properly as I find used condom in the floor which was not acceptable. Finally the change the room

Scammers: Receptionist Anurag is dishonest. Even though rooms were available, he insisted on the suite room, charging double the rate. We ended up booking online and got the same room for half the price.

A very old and dated hotel. The safe was not even fixed to the cupboard!! I didn’t try the food at all. I didn’t want to risk it.

1) Break fast start very late around 7.45am onwards. It should be from 7 or 7.30 at least.2) As maximum guest is Asian there should be Water spray near Toilet pot. This is really holding us back to book the hoted,

The location

The night party in the club that will last upto 330am, the sound was heard even we are in the third flood, so.you wont be able to sleep and rest. The parking lot looks like storage room.

The location is a definite yes. The staffs are decent while the whole process of guest given preference is missing. The concept of a good hospitable environment is a miss and no one care for that.

Booked for 9 days (for 2 rooms). 9th day we were to check out from both. The checkout was at 12noon. We checked out from 1 room and had requested to avail a late check-out at around 7-8pm for the second room. The reception informed us that we would be charged 100DHS for the same. We immediately paid and left for our meeting which were to give over by 5ish in the evening. Since we would have left by 7pm, we retured to our rooms at 6:15pm. To our surprise and dismay, the room was locked. We went down to enquire and were told that we would be cahrged another 300DHS for that single room since post 6:30 the system will count it as whole day. This is applicable to every guests who checks in at Ramee Royal. Now my point is that I dont expect this group of hotel to be like ITC, Haytt, JW Marriot, Taj or even Grand Hotels Group where I enjoy a repeat customer previlage. I have access to late check-outs even for 1-day without any charge.Here, this was my 6th week long stay at the hotel. I had been a repeat customer. What I expected was a certain amount of respect if not anything else. We were asked to vacate in 10 minutes else we would be charged for the said. My collegue explained at reception at 6:10pm that we had already paid for late check-out and that we were regular customers to them. To this they replied that the Management had taken a call that late checkout is till 6:30 after which we have to pay full. That repeat customers are no big-deal to them. They have plently of them. While writing to the management about this also would be of no help. So either leave in 10 mins or face the music. We prefered to leave for good.It was not about cheating with extra 300DHS above 100DHS, the rooms are not worth 400DHS/day. It is about respect. There were no windows in both the rooms, the noise from the discs were so loud that you could not sleep at all. We have decided that this was the last time we had visited this Hotel. We checked out before 6:20pm.Thanks!

Stinky brothel with no facilities and a big lie

The hotel is a stinky brothel, neither lifts worked, nor good food, no facilities, swiming pool under repairs, gym under repairs, there is no sauna or jacuzzi, the hotel description is a lie, I fought with hotel management as well as booking.com yet they did not refund me back my money. Complete waste, noisy all day, very bad and worn out beds.
