We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM and requested to early check in, but unfortunately they refused, and we waited until 14:00 .

the hot water was scolding, i got burnt.balcony could have been cleaner.no shower stall, the entire bathroom was under water after showering.

The room was comfortable, the wi-fi was working properly and the location was really good.

Front office staff were very cordial, friendly and always a step ahead - ready to help and make us comfortable. Tejal, Thank You! For making the change of room so easy and for understanding. I am forgetting the name of the staff in the coffee shop out near the Reception, helping us with a Veg Breakfast option and got us some very yummy ‘Museli Fruit Parfait’ for our breakfast. Thank You Buddy. My sincere apologies for forgetting your name and calling it out here. You made our day both on August 2 and 3! Deepest Gratitude!Breakfast, we never opted for it.. we eat little and paying for the buffet does not make sense at all.Location is great. But seems the Taxi drivers do not know the place... either they took me for a ride charging extra or... But that said, when we searched for Radisson Blu Dubai Water Front on google maps on the driver's phone, it always pointed elsewhere...The room service was good, great quality and timely, courteous and friendly service only when we are able to reach or connect to the "In Room Dining" It always takes the operator to connect. This can definitely get better and needs improvement.

The room we asked for was an 'accessible' one, but it was a very uncomfortable and a challenging one even for a normal person too. The accessibility aspect is just namesake. If the meaning of accessibility is to just gain access, then you have got it all wrong. Sorry, if this is your standard. Its very poor.No. It was not accessible and comfortable for a 'Determined' Person. The wash area was not comfortable at all. I will not recommend anyone to book an 'Accessible Room'After the request for a change, may its due to off season or something else, maintenance is below par. The cover of the electronic lock inside had fallen off. The hand faucet in the bath was making a strange noise a whistle.. is this by design or due to water pressure? And the hot water comes only after 20 minutes of open tap. This does not make sense. You are wasting water. This defies logic.

Rooms require renovation and soundproofing, staff not very friendly

The hotel is very close to the city center and the Burj Khalifa; you can walk there in about 15 minutes. There is also a metro station nearby, about an 8-minute walk away.

Good but ruined by the shower

I had an issue in the shower and I reported it 3 times and it didn’t get fixed

We didnt like it at all

The AC wasnt working we stayed 4 nights, eveyday fo complain and ask them to fix the AC with no feedback.

The executive lounge food was very poor & the shower in the room was going from very hot to cold all the time Ladies sauna room Sauna was off & steam room was off most of the time

Welcoming staff. The half board was with fix menu for dinner and buffet breakfast. The breakfast was good but not superb. the dinner was just ok. the location was little on the side of the downtown. There is a water way but not a busy one. Over all good experience for a family stay.

Had to wait for a long time to get the luggages delivered to the room. had to call and finally went down to the reception. A little annoying

The location is exceptionally perfect and the staff are so friendly

They need to pay more attention to the cleaness of the hotel and give more instructions to the housekeeping team

I will never visit this hotel again.

I didn't liked two things 1. I made a request for crib and it was approved when we arrived they told me that there is not available crib and in there policy its mentioned and its say that is under availability which is not Sirius because they approve the request and you think they will have the crib for the baby but when you go there is no crib. Why they approve the request when its under availability 2. The AC was working only on cold mode.

Location was good.

Staff was not cooperative and friendly. Service was extremely slow. For the price paid we could have expected better.

The room’s window was not firmly locked and the noise outside was unbearable also because the room was close to an outdoor restaurant. I complained to the room service they sent a staff member and tried to solve the issue but was not solved.Also the hot water in the bathroom it was not working very well, you have to wait for almost 10 mins for the water to be warm and it doesn’t reach a good temperature at the end.

Everything was great and amazing

The room door lock didnt function well and we had to change the cards several times till they changed the batteries
