Very good and very clean

The room was comfortable and clean, which I appreciated

The shower water was extremely hot, almost impossible to use. When I informed the reception, they said nothing could be done because it’s summer, which was very disappointing.The breakfast was very weak and not satisfying.The elevator is very slow, and it takes a long time to wait.The location is not very convenient—you need to walk at least 10 minutes to reach fast food restaurants or other options.

I wasn’t allotted the room I booked (Junior Suite) and paid for. The reservation staff were impolite and rude.

The cleaning staff was amazing and good with the kids

Reception staff behavior not good with children and very rude and faced problem and parking fee all of a sudden got implemented and fee is very high

Very clean, silent, comfortable.

Water is hot. There's not cold water because of summer time.

I enjoyed the AC Bad Smell ........the Smell was so bad that i purchased my own room freshener and applying every 2-3 hours. so if you want to go then please go with Room Fershner first.

It was my the Worst Experience of my entire life. The Room smell (Bad AC smell) so bad so if fact first day i requested to change the room but the another room also had a same smell. I told the staff and they said there is no smell so somehow we stop AC at night and it was manageable. that how we spent 4 days without AC in the room. The Surprise part that at the 3rd day, the staff informed that we need to change the room bcoz they need to vacate the 6th floor for maintenance and when i asked then they said it is because of the Bad AC smell. In fact they shows 2-3 rooms another room and all are same smelly so we did not changed it. The Location is good but the room my good i will never forgot the experience in my life.

No cold water , no slippers , front office team very slow.

We had a very comfortable stay recently. The room was peaceful despite the hotel being very busy. Tanya at the reception was exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend this property for those looking for a quiet comfortable stay .

موظف الاستقبال بروتاب سيء جداIf there were a rating lower than one star for this hotel, I would have given it a quarter of a star. The receptionist, *Protab*, was extremely rude. The Booking.com website clearly showed the price for two adults, and I specifically selected a twin-bed room. However, upon arrival, he told me that the reservation was for only one person and that the second person would not be allowed in unless I paid an additional 150 AED.To be fair, when I checked my booking on the app again, I noticed that only my name was listed. But logically speaking, why would I choose a twin-bed room? Who is supposed to sleep in the second bed—air or a ghost? It was already 10:30 PM, yet he showed no understanding and refused to let me in. I requested to speak with the manager, but he claimed the manager was not available that day.To make matters worse, my mother is a person with special needs, and I am in my third trimester of pregnancy. This is the first time I have encountered such inflexibility and unreasonable behavior. I have never faced such an issue at any other hotel and other country , and his reason for refusing entry was completely illogical.My objection was never about the money or the 150 AED fee. The real issue was the way this employee treated me. His attitude was completely unacceptable—he kept insisting, in a rude manner, that I should leave immediately, as if he were throwing me out of the hotel. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.Does he not realize he is in a Muslim country—the UAE, the land of generosity and hospitality? I was not asking him to break any rules; the room was designed and priced for two people, just like in any other hotel. If I had wanted to add a *third* person, then he would have had the right to charge me extra or refuse. I respect the rules, but they need to make sense.

Best Location for shopping and Breakfast was very good.

If possible increase breakfast timings to 11 or 10:30 instead of 10

Hotel service is good but food not vegetarian option

Vegetarian food not option morning breakfast is okay

The staff and the cleanliness as well as the speed of service was great. I would say the location also was comfortable as it was easily accessible from the major tourist sites. We were 7 people , 2 families with kids. We enjoyed .

No wifi connection, U should have to connect wifi for the tv, no slippers

the hotel not allowed for my guest (1 person) to enter at least for 30 min even thy will do them ID

Very good deal for the amount of money i paid.friendly staff;smooth check in check out everything was perfect.

Two small water bottles were not enough for 2 people for 24 hours and the nearest store is little bit far..nothing else to dislike..

After booking from booking com, the receptionist will take extra money from you, and this hotel belongs to Indians, there was no other nationality, only Indian
