Great Service , Clean , Good Price & Location

Our room is spacious, great view and clean. Thanks Grace and Nin for last night welcoming my family.

Location is very good.

We rented an apartment but there was a strong smoke smell inside. Called the receptionist to change the room but wasn’t very helpful. They sent air diffuser but wasn’t helpful. Kids didn’t like it.

Everything was smooth from check in and check out. Nazim did a great job and give us a late check out

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel’s location is perfect in downtown Dubai. They have a kids’ club, which is great for families and allows parents to take some time to relax. The hotel is very quiet and has a nice swimming pool with a beautiful Burj Khalifa view.As mentioned, the staff are extremely kind especially Mr. Nazim from the reception team, who kindly offered us a late check-out. We will definitely come back.

Perfect stay! Our room was nice me and aliza are happy, and our dear Grace assisted us all the time. Her service is the best. Also from the cleaners which is very good. Location is near to the mall, but it's too hot to walk. The best stay.

Banna and Meena are great at the reception. Stay was very short but comfortable.

The Checkout Person in 36 floor who is a tall very skinny guy that looks horrible and has no manners he only cares about one thing, your rating at booking and what does he do? Knocks your door when you sleeping and say your stay is over, he enters your room without permission and checks out your room without even calling, he is a very rudy bad guy who only cares about money and looks like a demon

Karim and Peter are very accommodating and late check out was given also.

We had a wonderful stay for 10nights. The little problem is bit of noise or else everything was good. Grace, Afaq, Meena are very efficient.

We visit Damac maison distinction dubai for 5 nights , with 2 children - the room is spacious and overlook to burj khalifa - the hotel staff service is excellent and fast we highly recommend this hotelMr.mohammed from reception is a perfect person
