Everything, location , toilets are very dirty, cabinets in the rooms smells horrible, loud music all night . Towels are not clean .

Property was good but almost 1 day struggled for proper AC and other facilities, booked for Burj khalifa view side hot bak side road

Very nice and quiet place, the staff members are very friendly and helpful

I did requested two beds but upon arrival was given a room with one bed, respectfully to the staff they were able to accommodate me with my request very next day .The other thing is the pool has only 10 sun beds that make very challenging to enjoy the time over there. If maybe some seating chairs around, not just 2 of them would make a difference

Room was spacious

No service at all. No staff for any requests. Curtains fell when in room. No hot water at all. Waste of money. Better avoid this hotel.

I had an upgrade to a nice suite, comfortable bed

You can hear the noise from some clubs in the ground floor

The hotel was very clean and location was close to most places

Need more facilities like prayer mat, comb etc and quality of tea in room.

I made a little mistake while booking, which was a human mistake and understandable in common sense. However, despite paying the full day tariff for a room, they did not allow me to check in, even for an hour. I wanted to pay to allow me to stay for a couple of hours on top of the full payment I made earlier. They asked me to pay a half-day tariff (charging equivalent to a full day I have paid). When asked how much they would charge if I wanted to stay for 3 to 4 hours, they asked for a full day tariff (which is two times more than the rate I had already paid). WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to talk to the manager. The receptionist said she is the manager (outright lie, anyone can understand)

Dirty. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Very cruel and harsh treatment to customers.

Room was clean and very well laid out. Bedding and toiletries were really Good.

Location is good . Even though it was peak tourist season the booking staff was flexible and accepted our extension request in the same room

the furniture and bathroom accessories need renovation.

They claim free upgrade but that free upgrace is never available. so its just a scam. poor taps and washroom not clean. overall not good experience.

Room is big they gave us free upgraded room but the only problem telephone not working…doorbell not working…gym facilities most of equipment not working ..toilet moldy but staff good

Staff was exceptionally good. Great service and friendly environment and moreover location was great, walkable distance to metro and Meena bazaar as well as Central Mall

Pretty clean and well maintained. Room service was quite nice

The stuff on reception one of them was rude once his behavior and I have got also lost my car keys in the room and the hotel was incredibly uncooperative, I tried to contact them and I did saying would you arrange for any express company in UAE to ship to my home on my expense and incredibly refuse it so many times and for that I will pay another 1000 SR to car agency for new one .

Clean rooms good WiFi and great housekeeping. Booked 2 rooms and got adjacent ones. Very convenient while traveling with family.

Though we were allotted rooms on the sixth floor, could hear lot of noise from the basement clubs during the weekends.

Breakfast, was not worth EURO 19, so I abstained. The mattress in the room was collapsing. The food I ordered from the room service was not worth it. They need to spend money to upgrade, I guess will not because they cater to a particular nationality and they come in hoards.

Overall it was good, but there are other better places you can try.Be careful with the Tours and Transport Service that is provided by the Hotel agents below.If possible don't use them for any transport or tours bookings.Use the taxi with meter even a bit expensive use it.

The property did mot meet standards

It is not a well maintained property The state of bathroom was badMould on the wall, doors damaged , pressure of water lowWe booked a deluxe room and they actually gave us a standard (which had no windows and it spelled of dampness) we had to request for want we paid for which they did give us.The question is why were they trying to defraud us.Also using booking.com was a disaster
