Everything was upto expectations: the room was spacious, the view was great, the facilities were good and the breakfast was amazing. The staff are super helpful and nice (literally had the best staff experience ever). I have to name shamsheer on the main reception. I forgot my earbuds in the room. I gave him a call and he found it immediately, although I called after more than 7 hours of checking out.

Only thing to point out is that our room had a spacious restroom but the place were you sit on the toilet was small and I had to cramp my self into it. And the shower area had a flaw of not being able to close the door while you're inside, so I had to take the shower with an open shower door.

The coffee machine didn’t work. The hairdryer was very loud, and the showerhead fell apart while showering. Shall I go o

Old, run-down hotel

Everyone was very helpful and cheerful, it was an amazing experience

The no smoking policy on the beach even though I understand why Also the TV was very far from the bed and small

1- arrived tired from our trip and room was not ready for 2 hours. 2- first room was small and facing construction site caused a shock and depression after the wait. 3- after paying extra to change the room for better view. The (1st) guy on the phone insisted the only available option is partial view where about 60% of the view blocked by a wall so I went down to reception and met (2nd) guy who said we have better options and full view. which was a nicer room and bigger. So in short did not like the first guy lying

We liked everything

The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, accommodating all of our needs. The hotel is located in a good area, for what we were looking for to do in Dubai. Everything was clean.

We got a room upgrade for free which was very nice, however be aware if your room is overlooking the pool/beach part, it is very noisy in the morning (a lot of kids were very loud, adults were shouting, and the music was quite loud, too). The staff serving the beach area should be more present and the quality of the food needs a big improvement. The portions very extremely small, the prices were high, and nothing was tasty from what we ordered.

We were sadly dissatisfied with the overall experience and as promised wish to give you some feedback.We had travelled from the UK on 12 October and landed in Dubai in the morning. We arrived at the hotel late morning and were accommodated by the staff well. We realised that we arrived earlier than the suggested check in time and so therefore were pleasantly surprised by your staff being able to find a room for us. We had booked through booking.com and our expectation was that all our details would be known by your staff.We were provided with a room, with a double bed and a cot. We had specified in our booking that we would be travelling with our two children, the youngest needing a cot and the eldest needing a separate bed. We, of course, needed a double bed for ourselves. The room we were given was not as per our request. We contacted the reception to make them aware of the room not being to our requirements. The staff seemed nonplussed and seemed to transfer the blame to booking.com. We were told not to worry and that they would resolve the issue. We also made it clear that we were not happy with the view from the room being a building site. This was contrary to our expectations as we had booked on the strength of your publicity which promised sea views. The building site was clearly an eyesore and having that as our view would have meant that our whole experience would be diminished.We had made plans for that day however as your staff told us they would provide us with a room immediately we shelved our plans in the hope that our room issues would be resolved and we could start our holiday. Unfortunately it was a longer wait than we were promised.

It was good

I arrived at 6.15 and booked the room via booking.coHowever I was not checked into a room Till 5/6 pm after a lot of excuses room not ready.therefore not a good experience for the price of the room.

Beach and access to it was nice

furniture was not so clean.Hotel looked old.

The view was excellent for Dubai, the Spa of good level, the Staff very welcoming and supportive. Very family minded so maybe more for a family than for a solo traveler but beside that it was globally a very good place

The dinner at the Turkish restaurant was a show and not a quiet dinner at all , but beside that value for money was excellent and the Staff again very nice

The bed and the pillow

The furniture is too cheap and doesn’t not give you the feeling of 5 stars hotel. It is more to 4 stars serviced apartment. The door lock was broken

Our room view was excellent, and breakfast was amazing. The location is the one of best locations of hotels in Dubai. very friendly staff. Mr. Syed is the one of the very kind persons in reception .

Kids playground area having splash pad but water temperature was little bit hot for kids to enjoy. Currently there is construction activity near to this property which makes dust and noise.

The front desk Officer Ms. Widad, Restaurant staff Ms. Jacqueline etc. were soo welcoming, We enjoyed the stay. Ms. Widad arranged the anniversary surprise for my wife and it was splendid and fabulous. No words to describe how efficient and effective they were to us during our stay

no alcohol serving policy, could have mentioned in the website where we book the hotel. Other than that nothing else.

The staff are really great and approachable! They are all smiling and we are really taken good care of. The breakfast choices are plenty, i really enjoyed it. We are upgraded to a suit since it was my birthday, the room is very clean and spacious, perfect for our family with stroller. It’s very clean and the bed is comfortable.
