Special thanks for mr.Leo in the reception area was helpful, friendly, and very professional. Hotel location is excellent especially that near to promatic center, 5 min walking.Room is clean, and variety choice for breakfast .

Bathroom toiletry were not provided, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no slippers, it was just the toiles.

The location is very convenient, especially for Internet City, and the staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

The property feels quite dated overall, from the rooms to the facilities. The furnishings and bathroom showed noticeable wear, and the room did not feel well maintained. For the price paid, the hotel does not meet expectations, particularly when compared to other hotels in Dubai offering better value.

Lovely, simple, clean place, professional and nice staff, good location.

The Location of the Hotel is good

The Hotel are so Old and even they said revamped but i felt it wasnt on the level of an IHG Hotel. The Breakfast was Ok

The parking is great.

The breakfast wasn’t the best with oily items or few options. When delivering the fruit basket, staff knocked on the door once and shortly proceeded to open it, without following proper housekeeping SOPs. It would be great if that could be clarified to all employees.

Proximity to competence center. Clean and quiet area.

Maybe just the location. It was close to the concert i wanted to attend, that was it.Bed wasn't too uncomfortable.

1. They had no basic things in the room. Lotion bottle was empty, no slippers (i had to buy some from instacart), no cork openers (the told me to take my bottle to a nearby bar), no cotton pads and ear swabs, no shower gel, no toothbrush, no bathrobe, no coffee machine in the room..I usually travel with all these things and the one time i think "no need, the hotel will have these things" i get unlucky. 2. When i ordered my slippers online, reception never called me to tell me my order was delivered. I noticed it took some time so when i called them they said yes they have an item there for me. Why didn't they inform me? Anyway, i asked the reception to send it to my room they said they dont do that and i must come to collect my delivery. I thought that was so funny since i ordered something that was supposed to be already provided by them.3. I told the housekeeper at 9:30 am to come after an hour to clean my room. I returned at 2pm to find my room still unclean. I was only staying 2 nights, just FYI.4. Water had pressure issues at the sink.6. The shower floor is so old and cracked i didn't want to shower without slippers. Guess what they dont provide? Slippers.6. Breakfast is very basic.7. Hotel lobby has a very strong smell that triggered my allergies.

The rooms are very small and there are no special services, especially in the bathroom. It's an experience I will not repeat at the same hotel again.

In all my years of staying in Dubai hotels, I've never experienced a water and electricity outage lasting more than two hours. It's an unprecedented and very strange occurrence, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone in the future, especially since it doesn't have a swimming pool. This is also bizarre, and the price paid for the stay is extremely high.

The location

There is a smell of humidity in the rooms coming from the AC. Additionally my bathroom was leaking and even after informing the receptionist and them sending people to fix it nothing was done. The rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. I could see female hairs on the floor in the bathroom and the rooms. No vacuuming for the 14 days I spent there

Breakfast was very good. Exceeded my expectations

Room A/C, it is constant at 19,5C and could not be changed. Room floor/carpet is visibly and very stained. Does not look clean even it is clean.
