Royal Falcon Hotel

It was the staff were not friendly and did responded to requests very slowly. They did not seem to enjoy their work.The non-smoking room was smelled of smoke.

There was night club in the hotel in n floor ( between ground floor and and first floor), the pillow sheet was dirty there was a stain on it, the room was very cold , feels not comfortable to be there

The terrible sound of refrigerator and the air condition sometimes doesn't work and it make the room hote.

The service was excellent. I arrived very early and was assisted very well by the Reception team. Also, when i was about to check out- the Bellman/ doorman assisted me very well to the point that he got me a taxi because of my multiple luggages. I will definitely consider Royal Falcon as one of my to-go place because of the great service I experienced.

I booked hotel without Food.

I was scared about the Bar at Ground Floor.

I did not like anything in the property, AC not working and not clean, very badly maintained.

The location very good. The front desk staff always welcoming and very helpful. The house keeping team very good.

The rooms are big. I don't know if all the rooms are big like the one I got or if it's me who booked the big room. It's just a two-minute walk from Sala Aldin metro station exit 2. Plenty of restaurants and shopping centres around and good security. Breakfast is fine thank you very much ?

There is no laundry bathroom is not clean And the hotel is crowded everywhere is crowd lobby is crowded and lift and stairs

dirty windows, old fashioned furniture, worst quality TV channels, lack of toiletries and poor water supply in morning time.

Its a nice hotel very close to the metro and grocery stores. Great bed, wonderful staff. I would have appreciated a more diverse breakfast though. Most of the food was indian, I wish there was regular bacon, potatoes and things like that.

Staff were friendly, conveniently located next to metro station.

It was super loud, the have multiple clubs that are loud and you always see drunk people around the reception
