the location is perfect for everything you need and the lobby is so cool to chill out, incredible staff (Popo and Ali) make our whole family feel home,showing patience and kindness with our kids.the housekeeping was kept perfectly clean every single day

Location is very good, staff is very professional and friendly. Recommended stay in Dubai Port Saeed.

Since we can't use black tea we ask caffeine free chamomile tea they said they don't have it to take it from downstairs there is extra charge for a simple tea bag. Big hotel like this didn't expect this at all.

it is near in all the key areas. the breakfast was good. it has a park behind it and a groceries at the lobby.

staff were really accommodating. good for babies. they accommodate late checkouts.

Relative to the facilities, the price is a bit higher.

The ambiance and vibe of the whole facility was really good with its modern minimalist architectural design. Upon entrance, the fragrant scent would greet you warmly, the high ceiling reception gave off a very spacious area, a cozy athmosphere. The whole facility from the lobby to the rooms, are very clean, as well. The housekeeping staff were quick to respond with our requested amenities, and the receptionists were very accommodating, too. The location is also great as it's near the mall, the metro and some good restaurants. Parking isn't hard for those who have cars as they have a lot of spaces.

No bathrobes and bathtubs, though.

Choice of breakfast could be better

The hotel was really nice and they have a lot of working stations if you like to sit down and work. Also, they have a reasonably priced grocery store in the hotel which was very convenient for a late night snacks.You have quick and fairly easy access to the City Center mall and the metro if you like to go explore around.The staff was very nice and accommodated our request for early check-in when our flight changed times last minute.

Nothing much to say here. It is more expensive then other hotels, but you get good value.

I travelled with family so the location was just excellent for us. Very close to Metro. Breakfast was fantastic-spoiled with a variety of choices. Th rooms were spacious enough with excellent amenities.

The rooms were a bit stuffy, I guess because of the carpet. Would have loved them without the carpet.

What we liked most about the property was the overall experience, it truly felt like more than just a 3-star hotel. The facilities are well-maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The location is excellent, making it very easy to get around the city. Most importantly, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. From check-in to daily interactions, the service exceeded expectations and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

At first, I thought there might be something I wouldn’t like, simply because expectations for a 3-star property are usually more modest. However, as our stay went on, it became clear that there was really nothing to complain about. Everything from the facilities and cleanliness to the service and overall comfort, was consistently well managed and exceeded what we initially expected.
