Friendly staff

Swimming pool hours are 9am-9pm. Can't really swim in the sweltering heat. The cooking equipment was old and broken. Washer dryer broken, of the 4 stove burners, only 3 were working. Hotel staff was quick to replace the equipment

lots of bad smells. bathroom smell and strong cleaning chemicals.

The room was very clean. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. They even went to extra miles to make us welcome. Very good locality. Salam, Salim, naushath and Ibrahim, the staff at the hotel who were there at our service for everything. It was a very good stay for us as we were traveling with kids.

Nothing. Everything is perfect.

Water flow in masterbed bathroom not working properly

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really made the stay worthwhile.

There was a bit of a strange smell throughout our floor - we couldn't identify what it was, but it wasn't pleasant. Also, the breakfast was a bit ... meh.

Every time we visit Dubai, there’s no debate, no hotel-hopping experiments — we’re back here like loyal regulars who know where the good stuff is. The location alone deserves a standing ovation. Metro nearby, mall close enough to casually stroll to, restaurants we already love just around the corner… basically everything we need is within “why would we stay anywhere else?” distance.The staff are a big reason we keep returning. Always helpful, always smiling, always ready to assist — it feels less like hotel staff & more like people who actually want you to have a good stay (which, let’s be honest, isn’t always guaranteed everywhere).The apartment itself is perfect for families. A spacious living room where our kid can happily burn energy while we recover on the sofa, a kitchen with all the necessary amenities to pretend we’ll cook (sometimes we even do ?), & a balcony that adds that extra “ahhh” feeling to the stay.Comfortable, convenient, family-friendly & run by genuinely nice people — Rose Garden doesn’t just give us a place to stay, it gives us a reason to keep coming back. At this point, it feels less like a booking & more like a tradition. ?✨Highly recommended… unless you want to try explaining to your family why you chose another place next time ?

Housekeeping missed some stuff sometimes. Nothing major.

The hotel's location near everything is fantastic. The staff was always helpful with any request to make our stay more enjoyable. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We always return because of the great staff and their treatment.

This property was awful, it had bed bugs and level of maintenance of the property is very poor compared to other properties in Dubai, I was booked for two nights and the two nights didn't go well it was a nightmare, I spent all night outside, you pay for a hotel to rest, but it was the opposite, I check myself out and book a different hotel in Dubai.

It’s on prime location and near by all facilities.

Property is old type and cleanliness is bit issue.

Comfortability, cleanliness, location, and all the staff, especially Salam and Navjhath, they are all friemdly and very accommodating.

Attentive teamworks by the staff of hotel and also the creativity❤️. I choosed this hotel apartment to be my secondary home of celebrating my birthday. I was amazed by the reception team they well prepared my designated room.I would also acknowledge my sincerity kindness for housekeeping staff to support and gave a proper set up of birthday towel ,balloons decorations.i really love rose garden hotel apartment as all the staff are kind and generous ❤️.To all reception team thank u for making my birthday so meaningful and housekeeping team as well.Aside I cook well prepared my favorite dishes as the kitchen so wide and completely set of utensils . It makes my heart happy when I stay on rose garden hotel apartment it gaves u more ambiance like you are staying your own home. Very comfortable and clean .To be completely my happiness thanks also to lifeguard staff for assisting me in a pool area. The pool was clean and having a warm water that gaves your body meditate.

I would say that service was exceptional like always, specially front desk Raghav and house keeping staff. It was my second or third stay with Rose garden and i would strongly recommend it for some one looking to stay near metro and having all the facilities under one roof.

The location was very accessible and easy to find, cleanliness and comfortable stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

The WiFi designated for my room was not working.

The ambience of hotel are neat and organize. I would like also. Everything is perfect. You can feel the best hotel services in rose garden hotel apartment as they are serving u their best in terms of hotel management and a friendly environment. . Receptionist staff are very generous, and kind Mr Raghai, Mr jalal, Mr Kasim, & Mr Jawad. The housekeeping team staff also served you very helpful if u need things to request. I really like the room that I stayed it was so wide and my favorite sofa set is there u can rest your self while watching high speed internet and television.All staff are professional & surely u would love to stay not only one day or more few days because this hotel apartment are very comfortable and quite to stay .I am fully recommended this apartment as u feel like you are in home. Kitchen utensils are also easy and kitchen stove are easy to use so u can cook your favorite dishes there☺️.This is one of my favorite hotel apartment when I go for staycation .

Two key factors influenced my decision to choose this hotel. The first was its excellent access to the shopping center and metro. The second was the warm hospitality provided by the hostess and the overall hotel service. Both aspects were outstanding, and I am deeply grateful to all the staff for their exceptional efforts.

Everything about the hotel is very good, especially, the staff. Location was great, facilities were very good. The staff were cooperative and supportive.

The kitchen needs regular fumigation.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the metro and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the Mall of the Emirates. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a washing machine and a functional kitchen. The rooftop pool and gym were great bonuses, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Daily housekeeping was efficient and respectful of privacy. I really appreciated the quiet environment and the sense of safety in the building.Mabrak sir and the entire team was amazing. Thanks team for making us feel like home.
