Yes. Thier gym was very untidy, dusty, it doesn't even look like anyone uses the place yet they call it a gym. When I complain to the front desk they told me to write online for management to see and take care of. Certainly I will not go to Mayfair again.

The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating, always ensuring that guests are comfortable and feel at home. They are flexible and attentive to individual needs. Shoutout to Rashed from Housekeeping for consistently keeping the room spotless and well-maintained! The location is excellent as well, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby. It is within walking distance of the metro station and conveniently close to the airport.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay, and it was well worth the money.

Well-maintained, tidy, and cozy room.

First of all, there were no towels placed in the room initially, and after multiple calls, it took an hour to have them delivered—making me wait to take a shower. When they finally arrived, the towels were worn out, stained, and torn on the sides.

The reception team has very poor customer care. The room facilities are very poor. No towels in the room. Too much noise in the rooms coming from the chillers. I was in room 615. Toilet wasn't flashing properly.

Ideal location… unfortunately, the only thing it has going for it.

Terrible staff who lie and become confrontational. They gang up to cover colleague mistakes instead of addressing issues (which there were many…)

Extremely bad. 2 star not 4 star. Bad breakfast, bad wifi, bad rooms, bad facilities

This was the worst hotel i have stayed in during my life. It was advertised as 4 star but in reality it was not even 2 stars. The hotel was extremely old. Rooms were very old. Bathroom was falling apart. Wifi was non existent. Breakfast so bad, it made me vomit. They didn't have a gym as advertised. Sent me to another hotel.

The Receptionist, shouts alot and comes across as rude. When she is talking to a guest, everyone in the lobby hears what she is saying to them as her voice is very high. The other guy was good and well mannered, offered to help each time

Many guests are in the queue only one counter staff was doing check-in after long wait I got room key..room is okay but washroom and towels were dirty.breakfast was very less in Manu only few items were there.parking issue even paid parking

The reception from Nayan and Jovita was top notch ? they are nice staffs. The hotel facilities are clean. The house keeping team where so nice and hard working. It's a real nice place I must commend them.

The place is calm and clean , every day cleaning room would be done. Near to subway.

Water pour off your feet from under side of the basin , I told them but like always they say service people will come, however never they came. My room was without breakfast and the lady who ask for the room number forced me only pay first , she didn’t accept to add the charges to my room costs later on when I check out! There is no plug to enter your kettle cable in the place where it is located , every time you have to move it to other places like near your bed to use electricity. From a four star hotel this is new to me ? .the reception ladies are both impolite , due to small communication I had , but there is a young man some days comes and very helpful. For breakfast there is no french coffee or espresso , only ready coffee and tea bag available.

Reception staff was very rude and did not allow us to enter due to technicality. also refused to call the manager and when threatened to go to police only he called manager who immediately solved the problem.
