Refrigerator did not work, TV cable did not work, coffee pot did not work, two twin beds were pushed together to give the appearance of a king size bed, no floor mats or wash clothes in the bathroom, asked to have to refrigerator fixed, not done

Staff was humble and profaional. Room was clean and room service was very good.

Very bad experience.We were unable to sleep at all due to the extremely loud night club music, which continued every single night until very late hours.On top of that, the cleanliness was below standard and unacceptable.I do not recommend this place, especially for anyone looking for comfort and a peaceful stay.

We didn't like anything about this hotel.wish had better choice

Bathroom was flooding.when having shower.the beds are tiny and not comfortable. Looks like hospital beds. Room had cockroaches. Lot of noise. Waste of money not worth usd 276 for 2 nights only without breakfast. and stress. Not clean at all.Would never book again there.

Location was good, near to the metro. The room was nice and spacious. The AC wasn’t cold enough during the last two nights.

The housekeeping staff will open the door with their card if you don’t open the door from the inside, I was in the bathroom and had to come out in a towel and he didn’t even apologize.

Rooms are neat and new furbished. Comfortable and clean.

Like what many others have commented. You sleep at 4am after all the clubs have closed. Just too much bass on the first floor. All the nightclubs blasting their music away. Hire those who are trained in hospitality services, they smile more. Could be more creative as the logo they use is a national symbol of Singapore.

The team here was very helpful.. Shout out to Santosh, Aaya, Henry, Sayona and Asif for being very customer-centric!! Had a great experience staying here.. and we even chose this hotel for our extended stay! Thank you!

Guests are not allowed, which could be a problem if you are in the city to meet up with friends.

The staff was good ,except female philippine receptionist and Indian female receptionist. I didn’t see smile on their face and they are not patient to customer.And also Philippine receptionist was wrong the customer name that’s why she was asking xtra charges but I already paid with online and then she found it the real name list but she didn’t say sorry to me.

Maybe the spa in the first floor , the location

I dont know how they classify it as 4 stars and there is as simple as parking you need to pay for it The toilet when you take shower it will splash the full toilet Floor is oily a bit maybe it’s because cleaning chemicals Window in 516 it have broken lock so 80% of road noises in three room

Parking charges IIndian and Bengali clubs are more. Can add western or other country clubs, there is IRISH but there is nothing IRISH there

Quite and clean

1- No parking and i have to pay extra for the parking 2- receptionist refused to give me extra access card We are 2 and she gives only one to keep it for lights . She said if i give you one more extra the other one will not work it’s so funny it’s like i never been in hotels in my life . I don’t like people who show smart and they are not .

Location is perfect and customer service is good.

The room was full of cockroaches. On my first day, the carpet was dirty and the room smelled bad. It's called a 4-star hotel but doesn't match its name. Food was not good

In short , it’s not suitable for families

They are not clear after booking they inform you they have a nightclub , the noise,music, smell bad all night and They do clean, but the insects are still present.

Their clean rooms and convenient location. Their staff especially Ibrahim was very friendly courteous.

They should have included breakfast in their package. A heated swimming pool would have been a good thing. In your page you had indicated that there would be a free taxi ride from airport but the hotel said there is nothing like that.

I did not like anything about this hotel

All the towels were look like gray color then white I was very unhappy with the dirty towels for the Hotel they calling them 4 stars to me look like 2 stars

Staff is very responsive and helpful.

The bathroom lighting is a bit dim and there was a low grade smell of sewage in the bathroom. The shower curtain is a bit cumbersome, it was quite thin and would at times brush against me while taking a shower, minor annoyance.

It was clean and comfortable.

The show curtain didn't leave you any room to shower.

Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.

Pool bar was below average for variety of drink selections.
