Friendly Staff, nothing too much trouble,amazing location

Unreliable and dishonest, avoid.

After paying online through Booking, I arrived to the hotel after 11 pm and with no prior notice they informed me upon check in that they had no room for me. They transferred me to a cheaper hotel in a different part of the city, Jadaf, more isolated and further away from the main attractions. This all happened without them notifying Booking, and when I complained through the platform, they plainly lied to Booking telling them that there were « no disruptions from their end » !. Awful. This hotel is completely unreliable, unprofessional and dishonest, and should be eliminated from Booking’s partners structures.

Very noisy . Beside our room , there's a maintenance working . Drilling the wall and hammering the wall early morning , waking us up.Even I called 3 x to stop it they never stop it until I told them I will have to cancel my room and get back the money. The valet parking refused to park our car initially , and also when we are checking out , it was not easy to get our luggage to our car in the car park , we have to walk around a hot parking lot from the basement to the first floor as the luggage was put in the first floor and the bell man didnt bring cart with him. The room also smells bad , the pillows and linen smells doesnt smells good or fresh I Have to put perfume before i go to sleep .The room was noisy at night , fireworks till midnight for the two nights we were there. the towels colors are faded to dirty white.The mugs coffee where dirty that I need to wash it. Even I asked for water , they never bring me the second night.

Location

My stay was disappointing. The first room wasn’t clean and smelled old. After moving to another room, the bathroom leaked around midnight. Maintenance fixed it, but the AC stopped cooling properly, and cleaning team came after 30 minutes after 12 midnight. Staff were polite, but overall it was an uncomfortable experience.

Perfect location easy to get around. Excellent and luxurious property with excellent staff starting with Leander and Srinivasan at front seat who made all efforts to help us with check in and providing us with a fantastic room assigned for disability. They are the best. Second name I want to mention is Naim of restaurant who went extra length to fulfil our needs and requests. Besides that there are very many names I can’t mention here but all areFanfic and beautiful people who truly knows hospitality industry.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel — everything was comfortable, clean, and well-organized. A special thanks to Savita and Sunanda at the reception for their outstanding service! They were incredibly helpful, courteous, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced my experience as I am very regular in this hotel they made me feel welcomed .Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Ascot Hotel in Dubai, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience! Despite some initial issues with room smell and cleanliness, the hotel's prompt response and resolution of these problems impressed me greatly.The hospitality at Royal Ascot is top-notch, and I extend special thanks to Mr. Imran, Ms. Sunanda, Mr. Sahil, Room service staff Pradeep and housekeeping team, for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with courtesy and helpfulness at every level.The rooms at Royal Ascot are spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel's location in Bur Dubai is also excellent, providing easy access to various attractions.What truly sets Royal Ascot apart is the team's commitment to service with a smile. Every interaction I had with the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Deep cleaning of room A/C filter is must which is giving mellow smell, carpets need deep steam cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Ascot Hotel, thanks to generosity and kindness of the staffs specially to Mr. Sahil at the Reception. He did an excellent job making our stay comfortable and granting our request with no hesitation. Of all the hotels we stayed in Dubai this one was really exceptional when it comes to cleanliness, very convenient location and hospitality of the Staffs. Thank you once again Mr. Sahil for going beyond extra mile of providing a high quality service to ensure that we had a memorable time at the property. Next time we will surely stay longer.

Very good location close to okd Dubai

Facilities are old. They are trying to make impression of a luxury hotel, but it is not true for a long time. It is a hotel run by Indians for Indians.

Location is good and room also bigger .

Be careful with the taxi desk , they ll tell you one amount morning and evening they ll ask higher . Laundry also they mentioned they ll return laundry same day if we gave it before 9am . But it’s not work with us , they gave next day after we called them more than 5/6 times .

Beds were comfy, staff were lovely.

Breakfast catered for indians and was very chaotic with no space. It was advertised as having the subway nearby but it was a 25 minute walk.

One of our rooms was a suite that was huge. The pool was a bonus.

The breakfast restaurant was chaotic. It caters for Indians so if you don't want curry for breakfast (although there were some alternatives) this may not be for you.
