They do not disturb you

They trick you to charge extra money and charge me extra money saying it?s tax when my ticket was included all taxes

Great hotel great runs great staff near everything couple of nice clubs restaurants big miles walkable everything was great

The hotel room was filthy, the bathtub was extremely dirty and there were coackroaches in the room.

The staff was friendly & answered all questions. Whenever we needed something, it was delivered.

Visitors are not allowed to enter the rooms. Room service is delayed, the rooms are not clean, and the staff’s attitude is highly unprofessional.

Overall management was not good, no support even after telling I am a genius booking member.Very old property, booking.com should rethink on their association

The location about it . This hotel on the way of the airplane every 2 minutes I heard a noise of the flight which makes me didn’t sleep . Also I saw a small Insects in the room .

Their television set is old and only speak Arabic and the place very noisy due to Indian club I was on 4th floor and the music keeps getting louder in my ears

The reservation team is non- considerate. I had done double booking and request for consideration but they could not hear of it and instead penalised me. Yes, am okay they had to penalise me but why that harsh?

Location was bad.There was no warm water for the shower.I asked for a non-smoking room. however, you can clearly smell the smoke.There was no external window. The building was old.
