You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All guests staying in the hotel are required to provide the original and valid Passport or Emirates ID as well as credit card upon check-in. Please note that the hotel does not accept third party payment or personal checks. Same card used for booking must be shown upon check-in at the hotel for verification purposes. A deposit is required on arrival. Studio is AED 500 per day. One bedroom is AED 500 per day. Two bedroom is AED 1,000 per day. Three bedroom is AED 1,000 per day. The hotel is a nonsmoking property. In case of smoking in the room, a fee of AED 800 per day will apply for deep cleaning. Balcony access is currently restricted.
