Apartment dirty and extremely noisy.They had a party downstairs until 11 pmWe couldn't sleep They changed our room but noise was the exact same .The man at the reception was not polite.The area is not nice .

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff are super professional, friendly, helpful and extremely understanding. The hotel presents amazingly from the moment you arrive and walk into the lobby to the rooms themselves. We were very pleased with our room. It was clean, modern and functional. The housekeeping were outstanding as well. Can not fault them at all.Thank you for the wonderful stay and I will definitely recommend to anyone visiting dubai

Checking in was smooth, rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic - gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment to ensure our waiting time for our room was shortened (as the 1 bedroom apartments were still not available) and whenever we requested for extra mineral water, shower gel etc these were delivered promptly.

Washing machine was not working properly ie dryer function did not work unfortunately

Very clean and very modern.Rooms were very spacious and they included a free breakfast for us during our stay!

Perfect - as is usual for Hyatt and generally hotels in Dubai. Professional staff and services, close (convenient) metro station. Nice brakfast.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Room service was prompt, and valet parking was efficient. Breakfast was served as a buffet, which was good and fairly decent overall. Dinner was ok.

We had opted for the full board package. While breakfast was served as a buffet and was quite good, both lunch and dinner were offered as set menus, which came as a surprise since such hotels usually provide buffets. Dinner was enjoyable, but lunch was disappointing. The set menu for lunch was particularly unsatisfactory, and to make matters worse, some items listed were initially said to be unavailable. Only after we insisted on an alternative were they eventually served. Overall, the experience was decent, but we had expected both lunch and dinner to be buffet-style.

Good location, about 15 min from the nearest metro station, super markets, shops and a mall in walkable distance. Staff are friendly and nice.

The in room, cutlery and utensils are limited No vegetable peeler etc., no washing machine for such a big room. The quality and quantity of the uternsils, and cutlery are very poor.

Great staff and the location is great.. can easily walk around the deira and al rigga no problem. On top of it, Bala's great staff, always doing his best and go over to make sure the customer is satisfy and the maintain the cleanliness of the room. Kudos to Bala !!

The breakfast.. a bit of variety will be great.

Had a really nice stay at the hotel! The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room, which was a great surprise. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the metro station. Highly recommended

This is officially my favourite hotel! I love the area, the staff the rooms, literally everything!! The valet, security and bell boy staff are the first staff I met with kindness and care. The have been really helpful and kind assisting me and guiding me with directions and finding a taxi! The reception staff are great! My sincere thanks to Emmanuel at the reception desk for facilitating a smooth check in and helping me with my request on quiet high floor room. He has strong customer service skills and he is very kind and intelligent. Thank you sir! Also Christine & Aljen at the front desk, were incredibly kind and welcoming! The ladies were really helpful and efficient making my stay easy and smooth. The housekeeping team, were AMAZING! Anytime I needed anything they were there. I had a concern and it was quickly resolved by the housekeeping team led by their amazing team leader! They work incredibly hard and efficient and are exceptional cleaners, you can tell they have been trained well and conduct their work with care and excellence. The wonderful Chefs, seeing them every morning was a joy. They made a delicious breakfast and were able to help with dietary conditions. Special shout-out to Chef Ali ! He made me the most delicious Alfredo pasta that I still crave to this day! The entire chef team, the singing chef, the head chef were amazing! Also, the breakfast staff, were very kind and welcoming, they greet you with a smile and are ready to help at anytime! A special mention to the lovely, Shelly, I had a flu one morning and requested some lemon, even when they were SUPER busy, she assured I received it. It was an incredibly kind gesture and shows you that she really thinks and cares for every single guest. Overall, I will be back!

Calm cozy and clean rooms

Though We reached late to restaurant for Breakfast at 10:25am , the staff weren’t courteous to give us few minutes and started unwinding all Buffett within few minutes. They were concerned about your duties and timing only and not kind enough to give the guests 5-10 minutes of grace time.

They upgraded me to suite for free?✌?Good staff Responsive team Good looking facilities

The ac was not working needed a technician to fix although he fix it within 15 mins but it need to be prior checked The breakfast very disappointing no variety of food and very crowded no place to sit , and the food very disappointing choices would be much better The bathroom water pressure is not the good i think it need to be cleaned
