The lady Hanna was very friendly and professional kind and committed to her job

Communication of language and it was not able to some of the message to pass on it was very hard to locate on Google maps and many times I incurred expenses of transport for a wrong location

Nothing . We informed property and next day we left that place and got registration through booking.com in Gate Way Hotel bur Dubai.

It's located in the worst place of Dubai.Surrounded by the African community and scammers and streets are very ugly and dusty .Not recommended for family in any case.The wash room was not properly working.No room service ?

Our rooms were booked but not found ready when we checked in even after 4:00 pm. Found all the rooms were unorganized, damp smell.... The bathroom was terrible ! But, we found people over there very soft & friendly :-))

People are friendly and I felt very good seeing their supporting attitude when we were searching Taxi to Abu Dhabi.

Just like the fact that it’s close to deira market and you get to see people moving around

The Ac has no control , it harshly cold that I had to turn it off , the pool is not functioning , the gymnasium place is in disarray , most of the equipment are bad.

It is far from metro station and away from main city.

My treatment from Booking.com. My original reservation, which I had made a month before travel in another hotel, was cancelled by that hotel just a few hours before I landed in Dubai. Booking.com left me on the streets in Dubai with no place to stay in. They just said that they were sorry and that I should not have had to endure this. I had to make another booking in this basic hotel the following day after being on the streets in Dubai for the whole night.

Great stay, very comfy bed and very polite staff. We had a small issue with the amount to be paid but they were very quick to fix it. Mr Fryaz in particular was really friendly and helpful.

Not really a negative point as it got fixed:We had a small issue with the price which was higher than on Booking, as the hotel didn't receive the correct price from Booking. The hotel refunded us the day after once Booking sent them the correct price.

Booked this hotel since it was cheapest to stay over night before next flight. But cannot say 100$ is low price for such hotel.I give this hotel 10 points because stuff was very nice and friendly, helped with everything, gave us upgraded "suit" room, so we did n't have to sleep with our kids on one bed. Many thanks for arranging breakfast and taxi in morning. People around were nice.

Old hotel, high price, you get here when you're limited with choice and budget.

Good value for money at the price. A fairly modern hotel.

The breakfast was poor quality and over priced.We saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff were sometimes not particularly friendly, especially the restaurant staff.The location is too far away from the souqs of Deira for a pleasant walk in the Dubai heat.

I called reception for 1 plate they send me after 2 hrs even reception guys are like un educated person now im in hotel but they all are not coprative and very poor service and hospitality im verified client of booking.com but they dont have call service i need my money back i want to check out right now
