Aspen Chalets by Kempinski Hotel Mall of The Emirates

Wow , I must admit that this is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The service is exceptional, food is excellent, breakfast is delicious , pool has a great music and ambiance. Highly recommend for high class vacation .

The room service is very expensive. Even if I compare Atlantis the palm and the royal the prices in this hotel are exaggerated. I paid for redbull 75AED.

Breakfast was not good

The location. It is directly connected to the Mall of Emirates.

I was given a smoking room in a very intense smoking floor even though i asked for non-smoking room. I could barely breath in it. The in-room dining was very very expensive for the food quality.The room booked was somehow downgraded to a lower valued room.

This hotel deserves the 10/10 rating! From the first moment at the reception, when Malek welcomed us and introduced us to all the important information, until check out, everyone was very kind and hospitable. Special praise to the very professional housekeeping service on the fifth floor and Rashid, who made our stay flawless. The room was large, nicely decorated, and pleasant to stay in, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and very professional service. We enjoyed the hotel pool (thank you, Andrea, and great lifeguard team) and used our complimentary tickets for Ski Dubai, which was a lot of fun!

Location

I booked an Aspen room, but was given a Kempinski room in a hotel with no pool. I overpaid by $100, and if I had known this in advance, I would have chosen the Sheraton instead.

This is my first 10 rated review Literally this hotel is amazing in every single way.Every single employee was amazing and hospitable.The butler, the bell boys, receptionists, life guards, bar tenders, servers. Every single one of them. I paid a large sum of money but I truly found that value in their service and product.

Just a bit of construction going on but it’s fine it’s during peak day time

Comfortable, centralized location

The connected mall isn’t as good as the others in the city, the hotel denied us the included park access, breakfast was ok and the restaurant serving breakfast is in an odd location

Perfect position. Great Mall attached. Excellent team and large rooms with brilliant service levels.

No swimming pool and no steam room.

Staff were so attentive and the service could not be faulted. Despite then hotel pool being shut we were offered a fabulous alternative to visit their other hotel on the Palm with all transfers organised very efficiently

Bad smell of dust ,bathroom smell .Zero for breakfast which does not fit for 2 star hotel .No oxygen or fresh smell inside room AC not clean Furniture not clean & very old

The staff were nice and friendly. I stayed in the Executive Grande Deluxe which was comfortable and the room size for great for my family. The room had a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 kids or an adult. The toilet can be accessed from the living room and from the room which makes it very convenient for people staying in the living room. The lounge access was a bonus, it was great for afternoon tea / coffee.

Unfortunately during our stay the pool was under renovation which was a disappointment for our family as my kid wanted to swim. However, we were able to use a neighboring hotel (Sherton) which was 2min away by car or 5-10 mins walk through the mall. The gym room was verrrry small and not well equipped. I was told the a bigger nea gym will be opening soon, hopefully on my next visit. The Coach was very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the executive lounge was basic, not much variety and could get busy with not enough tables/ seats.

Good rooms and nice breakfast. They took us to the palm hotel as the pool was being serviced.Executive rooms get very nice afternoon tea and canapés.

Some of the breakfast staff were rude. Lots of the hotel was under renovation so we couldn't use all the facilities in the hotel.

They put me in wrong room. Advertised one room and gave me other. And blamed booking.com. Didn’t fix it just seemed normal

I like the size of the room. The offer was worth it.

The smell in our room was musty and smelled like an old house. The Nespresso Machine was working - but you need to push the water container for the hot water to come out. I would suggest having a separate kettle (I should have asked but it's not a big deal). For the Executive lounge, it would be great if there were more options for alcoholic drinks, we were just offered red, white, and sparkling wine.
