The breakfast buffet & the bed wasn’t the best

Mattress was sunken, despite asking for a change but it was the same.

The location is perfect the staff are friendly

Cleaning is terrible the smell for cleaning is horrible they told us they cleaned the room but they did not.

The location is amazing the staff are super sweet

Housekeeping the cleaning of the rooms is terrible and in this stay we took the apartment the floor was super sticky and no one cleaned the other day till i asked

The hotel is super clean and super cozy. Great location, great choice of restaurants and super close to coco cola arena, in case you need a place to stay for a concert. The staff also is super welcoming from the valet to the reception desk to the staff in the restaurants.

Actually, nothing they gave me a bad location room with a bad view

The water was very weak while I was showering. It was either too hot or too cold. I had the worst shower ever. This is not acceptable for its price.

Honestly, I liked almost everything about this property. The building is beautiful, and the room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. What stood out the most for me, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. ( Ebrahim, Terry, Thiri )They were incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely friendly. Every staff member, without exception, treated all guests with kindness and respect.

I liked everything about the property. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the weather during my stay, but of course, that’s beyond anyone’s control. Everything else was truly excellent.

This was the best place we could have stayed during our trip. It was conveniently located, well maintained, and had a beautiful pool with a view.

Location and staff professional and service experience.

The staff were fantastic- accommodating us from the moment we arrived when we needed a larger room to the point where we needed to extend.Mustafa went out of his way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable.Thank you Mustafa and and everyone at La Ville- will definitely visit again and highly recommend.

The gym could have some more equipment but was functional.
