When I first came to the hotel thought that it was gonna be very boring but when I sat a little longer I had so much fun because it was fun and amazing and when it was time to go back to our home country i felt so sad because I wanted to stay a little longer and explore the tall beautiful hotel more and longer.

Nothing,everything was perfect and everything was in the right place.

Property was clean and modern

The staff were rude, no value for money, super noisy and not friendly environment

Very easy connect to Dubai Mall through an air conditioned tunnel. The receptionist / concierge Salin was very VERY helpful to us. He helped us with both early check in as well as late check out. Infact he took service to the next level when we missed the turn to the hotel through the tunnel, and came to the meeting point so we wouldn't miss it again. This was so helpful esp with my elderly mom who was finding it difficult to walk.

Breakfast selection was great, however taste was not to my expectations, esp the shakshuka.

I had a problem with the pillows, hot water in the shower, the TV, the bar.

It’s was link to the Dubai mall and the view of burjkhalifa it’s amazing and also staff is very coaporative

Everything was outstanding. The location is unbeatable, the room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere was calm and luxurious. The service quality was exceptional across all departments. Special appreciation goes to Misbah, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated the entire stay. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for at all times.

Excellent staff, a very clean and comfortable environment, and an unbeatable location near Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai with direct bridge access.

Some furniture appears worn out, especially the couch, which was clearly damaged and needs replacement.

We came with a baby and the room wasn't prepared for a baby (crib, amenities..).For my opinion, the price is too high for the value

Everything was excellent, including the facilities, location, and especially the staff. I would like to thank the lady at reception (her name was Mukhabat — apologies if I spelled it incorrectly). She was very helpful and accommodating, and the late check-out she arranged was extremely appreciated and made my stay even better.

We’ve waited for a long time to make the check in because they said the room wasn’t ready, they gave us the card for the room after 5 pm
