Smell really bad even a non-smoking rooms I had requested non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room and I had to request to change it the second dayFood was not up to expectation

It’s more likely you are at your grandpa and grandma’s house. Its very old furniture and floors are not stable. Shower is very week you can barely take a shower and it will take time to get rid of the soup :) Wooden Floor area is full of unremoved glow and not cleaned. I thing they need to renovate everything to look like its DUBAI and its 2025

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed.The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities and attention to detail. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, restaurants, and transport, which made everything very convenient.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location was excellent, close to everything I needed. There were many restaurants, shops, and services nearby which made my stay very convenient.

The furniture was very old and needs renovation. Also, the bed sheets and covers were not clean or comfortable, which affected the overall experience.

The staff , they are not helpful.. if you call them they are like so tired of talking to you.. and several time I was still talking they hang up the call

The lady at the reception was extremely nice and welcoming. I asked for a quiet room, and she kindly upgraded my stay to a spacious suite with a great view, which was very comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. She also offered me vouchers with a 25% discount to use in the hotel restaurants.

It would be even better if all staff members were as positive and welcoming as the reception lady.

The facility and location of the hotel are great that's why a lot of people coming in. Room facility is clean and even if the TV is small at least it is accessible in youtube. Wifi connection is great too.

Sad that the room was given don't have the view of the Museum of the Future.

I like that it's in downtown and not really so pricey. Good thing it's spacious.

I didn't like because I didn't expect that I don't get the room that I ask. Coming from Canada where you can see in the booking.com that they grant you sheikh zayed view but they didn't give me. They have old rooms and nothing special.

Location is good. We selected room with view and we had a nice view to Museum of Future right in front of us. Breakfast was average. Nice effort but can be improved by better selection of dishes at breakfast particularly Indian cuisine.

I booked through booking.com and I was given option of early checkin at 11:00AM. I reached hotel at 09:00 and I was told that I need to pay for extra night to checkin at 09:00AM or wait till 11:00AM for early checkin. Lifts didn't had facility of showing number of floor or making any sound when they open at our floor and therefore we missed to catch lift few times. Better if they shown floor level for each lift of a slight sound when lift stops at a floor. Room was big but floor inside room had 2 levels which is unexpected. Everything inside room / bathroom is old but it's working.
